On both calls to ladies they were so helpful and very friendly
I had a problem for years that I didn’t have the energy to resolve. I had a corporate taste card and I moved to one with my bank after I left. It couldn’t get the account changed on the app. Every time I looked to get it sorted, there was a ‘ contact us’ instruction. I’m not the most patient!
I bit the bullet and Sarah, customer service advisor, asked me to send the most basic of details and she resolved it almost same day. I’m delighted as it’s a brilliant card and she was effortlessly helpful. Both card and service - Recommended
You swiftly gave me a refund when I asked because my subscription renewed without me realising. Your team were really helpful.
Improvement for future would be to add subscription renewal at the beginning of email subject names. We all get so many emails, such notifications need to be bold.
Customer advisor was very helpful and informative, she explained about using the app and after her confirming this in writing i was able to download and start using the app instead of as previously relied on the plastic tastecard. Thank you.

Only got it for the free trial, never used it as I live outside London and all the deals are London specific. Then trying to cancel the trial and delete the account has been super annoying and slow. Would never sign up for this again and would not recommend. It seems to me that they purposely make it difficult to cancel the trial and delete your account… very dodgy

Had an issue with the options on my tastecard (cinema tickets) which I couldn't access. Customer services made the option available for me at no cost which was excellent. The advisor did a great job. She way helpful and friendly as well. All good.

Problem finding a phone contact number, and got cut off part way through the first call, but when Kelsey came on she was great. Very friendly, clearly spoken and helpful. She did actually solve the problem.

The Customer Services lady (sorry I can't remember her name), she was extremely helpful and was patient with me while trying to download the Tastecard App, very polite indeed. She didn't rush me to get it sorted, she allowed me to take my time. I'm very appreciative of her kindness and patience.

They deliberately removed their phone number so customers are forced to deal with slow, ineffective email support. I explicitly told them not to auto-renew my membership, and they ignored it. Despite this, they took an unauthorised payment from my account.
This company clearly relies on people forgetting about renewals and then helps itself to their money, assuming most customers won’t bother disputing the charge because it’s “not worth the hassle.”
This is unprofessional, unethical, and disgraceful behaviour. Avoid this company at all costs and raise a chargeback with your bank immediately to get your money back.

The person who emailed me back did exactly what I needed for them to do to help. This is something I have been trying to do online for ages and haven’t been successful in doing. They were friendly and helpful.
