Really bad customer service stay away
Really bad customer service, messed up with 2 of my orders, apologised 26 Jan 24 and promised to send a new one, never received even after numerous chasing. Called the company on their mobile 2nd September again(as they promised to send a batch after the summer harvest), Khurram answered, advised will speak to the warehouse and will get back to me 'in a minute' . Never did. I have then again sent him a text msg and he now ignores me. Today is mid of October and I am still waiting for the call. Khurram and Ali who I was dealing with eventually disappeared ignoring me completely as a customer. Never seen anything like this before. This is not English way of dealing with client, especially if mistakes have been made by the company and they have apologised and sent me a message advising they will do something which the never was followed up.
I am attempting to put a copy of their messages here to worn people and stay away from companies like this one, especially that their teas are not cheap, I have paid £30 per 100 grams.
