We called to get advice on best tele digital fall alarm plan. It was good to talk to a representative. Once it arrived, it was easy to set up and test. No issues so far.

Professional, efficent and friendly servicee

We signed up to Telecare 24 after comparing various lifeline alarm providers online and chose yourselves due to it being recommended by Dr Hilary Jones. We preferred to set up first by phone so Mum could be present, participate and listen in to what was being arranged. The young lady we spoke to was most helpful and pleasant and made this process very easy. Once the alarm device arrived, setting it up was very straightforward with the sim card already fitted, and we were soon ready to do the test. Your staff answered this test promptly and again very pleasantly. It has put our minds at rest that Mum is now all linked up to your system should she experience a fall or any incidents where she needs help. We find this most reassuring with her living alone, disabled and sometimes unsteady on her feet that we will be contacted if anything happens when we are not there. It has made her feel safer too. Thank you so much for being so professional with your service and making this process easy for us, much appreciated!

Peace of mind

My daughter ordered the digital pendant alarm online for me. She had to answer a few simple questions and the process was very straightforward. The website said there was a short delay with deliveries but it came 3 days after the order. It was very easy to install and the test worked first time, with the call being answered within a few seconds. I feel so much safer knowing help is at hand at the push of a button.

I was able to order this with guidance…

I was able to order this with guidance from my son as I am sometimes a little apprehensive when ordering online! Everything was set out very clearly and there was plenty of helpful information given.
The order went through and delivered within the promised time. Setting it up was straightforward by following the information sent with it. The test was answered right away and the gentleman on the other end used my name immediately which was reassuring.
