I'd give it zero stars if I could. Was able to download but then no longer works. Tried to reach out and no response via email. Tried the number and it won't connect. I think they've gone under and I would NOT trust them!

I should start by saying that I have successfully used this company a couple of years ago but it looks as though they have now gone rogue and are just operating a big scam.
I ordered a product key for Office Pro Plus 2021 and quickly received confirmation of my order by email which included a product key but no download link for the software. As I still had the downloaded software from previous orders I thought I would be OK, but when using the recommended phone activation service I was informed that my product key was invalid.
Since then I have reached out to their customer support by email on 5 separate occasions over several days but the company have not had the courtesy to reply. I would advise others to not waste money.

Possibly a scam. The activation code does not work and emails are not answered after days. Luckily, not much money was lost, but learn from my mistake and don't lose yours.

Did not send the software or give a confirmational email. Failed to respond to 2 emails over a 4 day period.

Order Software, 2 Codes worked 3 didn't no reply to several emails sent. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY BY USING THIS COMPANY.

Took payment, sent the codes but they were expired. Ive emailed numerous times but not received a response

AVOID

SCAM, be warned. They take your money and provide nothing but invalid product codes. No response via email and non-existent customer service.

Purchased a code for Office, code did not work and no response to emails. Bunch of tossers.

Took order and payment.
Never delivered by email.
Not responded to email requests.
I certainly won't use them again, you may draw your own conclusion from my experience .
Fortinately it wasn't a huge sum of money! In my book that's theft.

As others have said this is a scam. I wish i checked here before buyiing an offer i though was good value. the keys are invalid and dont work.

This is a scam! I was supposed to received a Key in an email and I never received it.

Hopefully people look here before buying, invalid keys sent out. SCAM! No response from the company

While the company initially appeared legitimate and promptly provided a software link, my experience quickly soured. Following a lengthy installation process, Microsoft informed me that the provided key was invalid. Despite reaching out to their ‘Customer Service’ through online help and subsequent emails (including a refund request), I received no response. This lack of customer support raises doubts about the company’s legitimacy. For added security, consider using PayPal for payment. My advice? Look elsewhere and avoid the hassle.

Terrible. Paid for software, but did not receive the link to download it. Sent three emails to chase it, but have had no reply.
I will initiate a chargeback on my card.

This is a scam and I will be after a refund via my credit card. They give you a key that doesn’t work when activating, total waste of time as I have spent hours reinstalling and trying again.

SCAM!!! Don't waste your time. The activation key they send you won't work and they won't respond to your email. Save yourself the headache and your money.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

In a nutshell office 21 does not validate when you phone Microsoft , no support whatsoever no emails answered no damn good !
Avoid

Key doesn't work. We bought an Office 2021 licence but the key didn't work and failed phone activation. Fraudulent provider. Have contacted them multiple times but no reply.

Ordered Office 2021Pro Plus. Found that the "key" this vendor provides works only via phone activation.
At the end of the phone activation process, the automated voice simply stated that the "key" is invalid and dropped the call.
I reached out to the vendor via support bot and email but got no response.

Purchased an office 2021pro key
Email arrived but there is no link to download the software hence link is useless, screen support is a bot and have email support several times but had no reply
