Ordered shoes the same size I ordered before, shoes are too small.
Wiecel accepts to return the shoes but insists on delivery to address in China which was not obvious on the homepage. Thus, I cannot recommend this company at all.

Order took 3 weeks to arrive and then the baby barefoot shoes were even broken.

The quality of the shoes is awful and you have to send them to China for your own costs. What makes it worse you don´t even suspect the store is chineese. Everything on the page is written in German.
Never recommend it to anybody.

The shoes are very comfortable and are made of extremely soft high quality leather. The sewing is also made very good. The shoes were delivered some days later than expected, but that‘s no problem. I was looking for shoes for my very problematic, surgically treated feet for a long time, now I have found the perfect shoes! I will buy some warmer ones for the winter, too! With these shoes I like walking again, no more hurting feet! (As I experienced, one should start slowly with short wearing time and extend it slowly, otherwise the muscles in the feet can hurt a bit in the beginning…)

I don’t recommend this website to anyone. The delivery time is very long, and they don’t stick to the stated timeframe. For returns, you have to send the order back to China and cover the shipping costs yourself — which are almost as expensive as the order itself. This was my worst online shopping experience.

This is just another fake Chinese company pretending to be an European company, but just drop shipping Chinese garbage products.

There is no warehouse in central London, the products come from china with a new shipping label pasted on it along the way.

The return address is in Hong Kong, making returns insanely expensive (and part of the strategy to prevent people from returning them).

Also, according to their website, "Our website sells personal information". So be sure your details will end up in some scammer database.

The products themselves are pure garbage, very low quality generic shoes, not worth €10. The exact same shoes are available from a lot of other "brands", just with different logos applied to them, or directly from China through Temu and others.

Avoid at all costs.

I'm extremely disappointed, as I've been waiting 14 days for my order. I can't even track the delivery.

This are my 3rd pair of barefoot shoes and I love them. Unfortunately the second pair (bought 3-4 months ago) didn’t fit to me. The size was 44, but they are too small for me. Now the 3rd is also size 44 and they fit perfectly.

Their processes are screwed up, big on promises and low on delivery. The quality is not what they advertised. Which serious company conduct customer service via whatsapp. The shipping is not what they promise, the sizing is small. When you want to change, they make you pay so much.

I'm obsessed! Super well-made and stylish, ideal for gym and everyday wear. Already looking to get another pair!

Best shoes I've ever worn! I got them initially for the gym, but they're so comfortable and versatile that I end up wearing them all day long. Every step feels light and easy, and they look fantastic too. Already planning on buying a second pair!

Unfortunately I wasn't that happy. They say it takes 5-10 business days. Delivery on their website. It advertises that you can track the order. That is not the case either. If you write to them via WhatsApp, you have to expect at least 4 hours until you get a response, which is very short. To date I have not received the package. However, today I finally received an answer with a number from DHL, which I can then check when the package will arrive. There are perhaps some improvements to be recommended here. I can't say anything about the shoe view yet because I haven't seen it or received it. Until now.
