Chinese products, poor quality, problems with refunds

It's drop shipping from China.

60€ pairs of shoes which you have to send back to China for 45€+

This is nothing but flooding the market with insanely cheap products which would rather get destroyed than returned. Do not buy here.

Delivery took 5 weeks & they ship from China - the return is very complicated and costs about 60 Euros - instructions for the return package a 3 pages long - filling out pages of custom declaration... we didnt like the fit of the specific models we had ordered. ( the quality of the shoes is the same as Saguaro )

We wil never order from Feldluft again - I was very disappointed with their customer service and "hidden" return policy.

The delivery took 3 weeks to arrive from China to DE. I wanted to send back the shoes and get a refund. The sending back is to china!! And costs 45€ and it’s on me!! The shoes itself costs 40€

Was good, my husband loves it. It fits well and comfortable

Feldluft tries to appear as a german company but actually works out of China. It offers ''1 month money back'' , but does not disclose that the customer has to pay the postal fee.
I did try to return the order due to a lack of quality, the size ordered, 47 Eu appeared more like 44 Eu, cheap material and poor moulding of the shoe, but never got my money back.
Instead, the parcel was delivered, just as I sent it, back to my doorstep, six months after I returned it.

3 things: good people, good service, good product.
The shoes are fantastic, and , I would not have thought that to happen, I wear Feldluft now all the time. Service and customer care are wonderful. And this over a great distance, I live in New Zealand. Thank you Feldluft,a real delight to know of you.

It took very long to ship my order and 2 pairs were smaller then we expected and we have to return them.

Here is the story.

Feldluft managed to remove my 1 star review from Trustpilot. I just didn't have time and attention to deal with shameless fraudsters.

But I am the wrong guy for dogfighting.

I bought 2 pairs of shoes. You can find the same shoes on alibaba or Temu with 20 euro. And with faster shipment. And easy refund. Why I did not buy from them. because I was not sure about the quality and that was the first time I bought shoes online. I thought It will be easier and better to buy from a German seller. But it turn out to be a very good pretense game.

Why you should not buy from feldluft and a lot of similar or same online stores.

1. They are very good at Fraud.
2. The refund process is shitty. It will cost you lots of money to retun back the cargo.
3. The shoes are not good. Not high quality. Just average.
4. The pictures, reviews on the website are just fake. You can just google the images you will find similar shitty pictures every where.
5. The most shocking part is that they are so good at even to manipulate Trustpilot reviews though there are quite many 1 star reviews.

Watch out.
Shoes come from China per Airplane.
They were fitting for me and in good quality.
But if you want to return them it may be difficult I read from other customers.
So know your shoe size and buy winter shoes one bigger

Almost all purchases are very comfortable. Worth the money and waiting times!

Only issue i have is the part where its almost impossible to do a return!

I ordered the wrong size of shoes, returned them to the company and got a refund. Like it was advertised.

I ordered 3 pairs as the website claimed free and easy returns, so I ordered different sizes and colours.

My friend kept one and I need to return the other 2.

I’m told I need to return to China. This is part of the email.

1. Immediate Store Credit: If you select this option, you need to return the items to our warehouse. You don’t need to wait for the item to arrive at our warehouse. Once you provide us with the tracking details (tracking link and receipt) confirming the return, we’ll promptly credit your account with the full order value and an additional 20GBP to cover the shipping fees. In other words: If you return a pair of shoes worth 39.90GBP, you will receive a voucher for 59.90GBP. This voucher can be used for future purchases on our website. The processing time for this option is 1-2 working days.

2. Free Exchange: You will receive a new item from us (with the same value), e.g. in a different size, color or features, and you only have to pay the shipping costs. The shipping costs are:

1 pair of shoes = 15.90 GBP
2 pairs of shoes = 26.90 GBP
3 pairs of shoes = 37 .90 GBP
4 pairs of shoes = 48.90 GBP
The cost of each additional pair of shoes is calculated individually
baby shoes/insoles = 6 GBP

So basically I’m not sure what the free exchange or refund is really.

Well you have to pay the shipping to China when they pose as a European company.

I’ve used barefoot shoes for more than 6 years and these are very poor quality. The front of the shoe catches on your toes when you walk.The material of the shoe seems to be some cheap plastic type material.

My main gripe is the cost of returns, the unhelpful customer service and the fact I had to write an email explaining why I wanted to return the shoes in the first place.

I’m going to get some legal advice about this company.

I like the shoes because of the comfort and feeling 'on the ground'.

This are the best shoes I’ve ever worn. I wear them everyday, spring, summer, autumn and winter. Although I has a problem called „Fersensporn“ (in German language), this shoes helped me a lot and during the day I forget the Fersensporn.
I can recommend them for anyone. My first pair I’ve got 2 years ago and they are still OK. But as they are grey/green, I couldn’t wear them in the office, therefore I’ve bought now a pair in black.
