Overall order process and ongoing communication/information very good. Also happy with AirSeven quality and service. The all-inclusive vacation in Italy was a good value buy. Will use Bravo Tours certainly again when relevant.

I left a request in Bravо Turs for a vacation in Palma de Mallorca. Agent Niklas Frank Harder contacted us, listened to all the wishes and very quickly selected options for choosing a hotel. After listening to his recommendations, we chose the Viva Eden Lago hotel. After we decided on the choice, he helped us complete all the documents, and now we are in Mallorca. The hotel is super, Bravo Tours are super professionals, I recommend it to everyone

The description of the hotel in the homepage does not match. there was volleyball only once. There is no animation, only for the French from tui.

Bravo tour is generally 😈, they didn’t organize anything.
The cruise season is closed, there were not enough people to ship tour, we joined French people to experience something .
Suddenly, after 2 days of staying at the hotel, catamarans and kayaks were closed. There no info about this in homepage.

If you want to slow down and do nothing it’s something for you

The 4 star hotel at Taurito with all inclusive, fantastic tropical garden where I can play taiji every morning and evening, can swim in the waterland and beach with sea tide

We have just returned from a trip to Tolo in Greece, travelling with Bravo Tours. We stay at Tolo Hotel in
Tolo, and we can highly recommend this hotel. Perfect situated at the beach and really friendly staff.
Also the staff of Bravo Tours did a fine job, so all in all a very positive experience.

Et dejligt hotel (turbo club) god smilende service

We were 4 people (3 adults, 2 elderly, one is 82) and 1 child travelling from Copehagen in Denmark to Azores. One day before I wanted to check up on all the covid rules etcetera so I called BravoTours. After waiting almost 40 minutes I got through and she 1) confirmed that we were flying directly with no stops as it said on our tickets, 2) that we were flying of as planned and 3) that there were no facemasks required at hotel and swimmingpool.

When we came out in the airport the flight had been delayed an hour. Then we asked if there would be further delays and the answer was no.

Some of the passengers said that their ticket said we were to land one more stop in Denmark before leaving for Azores. We did not understand this since our ticket said no stops - but directly to Azores. We asked an assistent at Bravo Tours and maybe she also was connected to the airlines Great Dane (which was I hope an ironic name since there were absolutely nothing great about them - nor danish) who also later checked us in at plane. She laughed and said no.

Then we found out that was a lie. We stopped at Billund airport and sat there in almost two hours in a hot seat without having any beverages offered. Then later on we were told that they had to land in Portugal to get fuel. Here we sat in two hours and waited. Again in a hot seat. Very unconfortable. Especially for my old mother who is 82 and has two artificial hips.

I mean: this was a terrible trip that took forever. We were ten hours on a trip that should have lasted five hours!!! Maddening. Five hours delay in a tiny plane only build for inflights and not international flights. It was either insanely hot on the plane while grounded or freezing cold when in the air.

When we came to the hotel we discovered that we had to wear facemasks all the time and that we had to buy a hairmask if we wanted to use swimmingpool!

Flight back. We were again over 2 hours delayed!

What a bad way to use ones hard earned money and hollidaytime. Never Bravotours again. There were no bravo here. And Great Dane? Thats more a Great Shame or Great Scam!!

My original trip to Azores was canceled do to Covid.
So when Bravo Tours called to say this they informed me that if i will go to Crete instead i could order this trip right now in the phone. I asked if i could order this Crete trip cheaper myself. Bravo Tours say NO. Ok i ordered the trip, but afterwards i could fine the exact Crete trip online myself, but much cheaper (282 €). Bravo Tours sells NOT "last minute" trips, but only regular trips over the phone.

We ( family 5 adults ) had a greath week at Virginia Hotel - Rhodos. Thanks to the guides for good service and advice regarding Padi Scuba diving - Waterhoppers
The Hotel was very serious regardind the Corona situation. The rooms ( Maisonnette ) were perfect at the pool area. The only thing was the all inclusive - food was a little the same all week and needed more variation. All together we had a very good week at Rhodos and will go there again.
