I can’t ever get a receipt from the pump I’m pumping gas from. Completely defeats the purpose of pumping your own gas and driving away after paying. This is the issue with all Circle K stores I have been at. Employees that are too lazy to replenish the paper in the pumps. This time around the paper came out, but nothing was printed on the paper and the location that I’m at 19818 County Line Rd. in Spring Hill is a brand new station. They’re just lame. I only stop at a Circle K if I’m desperate for gas.

I purchased monthly car wash from them and every time I go to one they don’t have it working. I have to drive all around the city. Try to find one that works and it’s just frustrating and you go inside and the engine guy will say they come to fix it and that’s the answer I got from all of them

This was while traveling from Fleming Island to Leesburg Fl which is 2 /2 1/2 hours from my home the Circle K was on 441 between Ocala n Leesburg Store address 14870 on 441 I went in the store to pay cash for gas $20 n was told to put the 20 in this slot machine in front of the register which I did - told the cashier the pump # /pump 10/11 No receipt was given to proved I paid but yet the machine took my money n cashier insisted she couldn’t not find the payment was received on her end but yet she was the one that instructed me what to do - imagine that you pay for gas they watch you put the money in that little slot but they have no record n you have no receipt! I don’t like using CARDS or pay at the pump because of this reason especially traveling I was almost on empty even though she made an attempt to find that payment she didn’t which really made the whole thing seem more like a BS story she even tried to contact her boss who was conveniently unavailable…. My advice to travelers STAY AWAY n AVOID this circle K. I remember there was a time when Circle K was the gas station I would go this reminded me why I no longer do. I have heard stories from friends n other travelers but this was a first for me - I will now be one of those stores to others….

I am submitting this complaint regarding the conduct of the sole employee working at Circle K Store #4703653 during the early morning hours of February 4, 2026. I was parked correctly when I entered the store, yet as I approached the self‑checkout, the employee abruptly grabbed my items out of my hands and demanded that I move my vehicle. I informed her that I was parked properly, but she continued to speak to me in an unprofessional and hostile manner.
When I returned to request the corporate phone number to report the incident, she became even more disrespectful and refused to provide it. What concerned me even more was the clear difference in how she interacted with customers. I observed her treating customers of color with hostility and disrespect, while greeting and assisting white customers politely and professionally.
This type of discriminatory behavior is unacceptable in any business, especially one that serves the public. No customer should be treated differently based on their race or appearance. As someone who works professionally in corporate environments, I found her conduct far below the standards expected of any employee representing a national brand.
I also recorded the interaction for documentation purposes.
I am requesting that Circle K leadership review this incident, address the employee’s behavior, and ensure that this location upholds the company’s standards for customer service, professionalism, and nondiscrimination. No customer should have to experience this type of treatment.

I was first trying to get a special on chocolate bars and the guy was already saying to me with a theres no deal with the chocolate im already getting , so he puts one of them back and i didnt notice cause i bought other items. I went outside when i notice i was missing a chocolate bar so i went back inside grabbed one saying to the clerk my son left the chocolate and he went really rude with me with a tone . I have a monthly subscription for circle K in Oakville Ontario and the carwash near me is at 1499 Upper Middle Rd W, Oakville, ON L6L 4A7
This specific location is SO FREQUENTLY closing it's carwash due to what they say maintenance. There are a few other Circle K carwashes in Oakville that RARELY EVER go out of service!
Why is CIrcle K charing users for ONE WASH/DAY when at least 7-14+ days out of a month this location is out of service? Shouldn'y they refund people for those days?
I understand carwashes have lots of moving parts and sometimes they break but this is the ONLY location around that i see very often closing it's door, leaving paying subscribed customers with either no wash, or having to drive a long distance just to get their wash!

Horrible employee needs to a retrain
On three separate occasions, I have experienced rude and dismissive behavior from one particular employee, described as an older, scruffy-looking man. Each visit has followed the same pattern: no greeting, no acknowledgment, no “how can I help you,” and an overall attitude that makes customers feel like an inconvenience rather than valued patrons.
What makes this situation especially concerning is that this employee clearly knows my husband and is friendly and engaging with him, yet consistently treats me with coldness and disrespect. This selective behavior is unprofessional and creates an uncomfortable environment.
Customer service should be respectful and consistent for everyone. I am requesting that management address this issue immediately, either by retraining this employee on basic customer service standards or removing him from a customer-facing role altogether.
Due to these repeated experiences and lack of improvement, I will no longer be returning to this location. I hope Circle K takes this complaint seriously and upholds the standards expected of your brand.

10405 Park Rd CLT NC. 1/8/26 while pumping gas a man approached me screaming & flailing arms. He appeared to be homeless/drugged/mentally unstable. The clerk inside refused to call police or give me contact info for mgr. The clerk said, “our customers will leave if they see police here”. I told him I am a long time customer and prefer to see police over raging unstable & dangerous people hanging out at the store. The clerk was unresponsive. Considering high crime rate in CLT, this was & is a dangerous situation & time. I will not support any Circle K until they show proactive support for their customers. I have filed a police report and a contact form for the Southeast regional office of Circle K. I will not return as a customer and will advise others to do the same. Our lives are worth protecting.
