The service was very unpleasant. They threw money and receipts at us as if they were working there as a punishment. The coffee machines weren't cleaned. We bought two large coffees today, paid 80 DKK for them, and they were undrinkable. They were just swill, not coffee. When we went to the staff to report the imperfections, they completely ignored us. No refund, no apologies. We don't recommend them.

Today 19.04.25 at the Grenaa gas station, the serving lady had a conflict with me and my husband about a hotdog sausage, we asked for unburned sausages with cheddar cheese, she said I can't do that because those are the rules, my husband replied. that I pay and you have to put the sausage just the way I ask, the woman said in a raised tone that she can't do that and threw a black sausage with anger into the bun?! I've lived in Denmark for 15 years, I've never seen anything like that. Why do I have to eat a burnt black sausage??? I will never visit K circle in Grenaa again, even though this gas station was our favorite when we lived in Grenaa, we currently live in Aarhus. And people behind our backs supported it, saying that yes, these are the rules, you have to buy a black sausage first🙆♀️🙆♀️🙆♀️This is nonsense, it's not my fault that those sausages burn prematurely. Gas station employees need to be taught one lesson: if the customer is always right, then they will always have a customer, especially since I was right. And she need to learn to control themselves. Of course, I left the hotdog on the counter, let it eat the black sausage itself. Shame.

I went in to purchase snacks. My inner circle number or debit card wouldn’t work. I tried twice to get the cashier’s attention. She completely ignored me. Her name was Ariel in store number 3611081 in Pensacola. She literally had her phone close to her face and was typing away paying no attention to me. Twice I said ma’am. Ma’am. Nothing.

Spite many one star rate, which could be negative if one is allowed to, but i give one too, i fill up my tank at Circle k Nivå every time i need gas, because it is on way to work. I need compressed Air, none.... this is gamble with safety, if they want us to pay, this is ok, but a Compressor cost less than 2000 kr

Circle K in Ashtabula Ohio harbor location specifically has time and time again failed miserably as a dependable place to stop for fuel for sure. Female diverse employees (hope that's correct enough) need to get somethings straight. Whether knowingly or not aware of it when you make up a varying percent of a demographic group in the workforce it's you representing them. What you do and how you perform your job falls on your group in the workforce as a whole. So far you all look terrible and quite frankly incapable of performing your duties without causing unneeded complications to customers lives. Which is totally unacceptable, for some reason you feel as if while at work customers are privileged you even will serve them. Wish the dude still worked there that was on American Idol. He is a perfect example of a ethnic group that has a different and unique oddities to himself. That guy however showed up for his shifts polite, respectful and well mannered. But his social group overall doesn't have a looming doom to them when checking out. Stop reinforcing the negative stereotypes in the work place!
Three times pull in to get gas and leave with no gas!

Ok, ya got us hooked on your Meth! (Polar pops). We joined the program and try to use it every couple days, but lately it’s been irritating! When my wife is “jonesin” for a hit, she’ll send me out any time of day to get one, BUT……the ones near us in Mesa are always out of some, if not all flavors!
You know the drill… “Sorry for the inconvenience, water leak!” AGAIN! So I drive 5 miles to the next one. “Sorry, Polar Pop is out of service!” My question are there No plumbers in AZ anymore? How bout a homeless guy with tape and hose clamp? This problem should not exist past 4 hours anywhere in the world!
So here I am empty handed listening to my wife complain that I didn’t drive all the way to Phoenix for a pop!

Keep sending me spam sms'es for "Cicle K EXTRA", because I could enter my mobile phone number and the text said "do you want to save XXX money?", but what they're really doing is try to convince you to join their "customer club" and enter all kind of crazy information and probably accept to be even more spammed in the future. This, they should've been frank with to avoid this low rating.

I have been a customer for many years. Suddenly I am unknown in the system. I recommend you download your app. Here mom has to give her right arm, date of birth and even twice!!! Your scratch card, which should perhaps appeal to families with children, gives 0 winnings after two weeks!!!! My 12-year-old son started happily, but now he doesn't even bother going into the station if we think about it. You disappoint more than you surprise and the agency that advises you on gamification should be fired. There is nothing either involvement or activation other than disappointment and waste of time. It is on the verge of fraud if there is not "something for nothing" to us faithful and loyal customers, which you have absolutely no control over!! Your loyalty concept makes people consider their choice!!!

As it was the only thing open in the nightime that is supposed to serve food, we made a mistake of stopping and trying something in between work, however we walked away with two rotten burgers, they smelled a little suspicious at first, but we thought it was relish, that was not the case. The chicken was completely rotten, among other things that tasted like unwashed vegetables too, was not edible under any circumstance. Absolutely atrocious, the last we spend money there.

The copmany bank account was shortly closed and a bill didn't get paid in time. The fuel card got deactivated, logical. As soon as the bank account was reinstated, I tried to reactivate the card, and I was told I had to open a new card. I applied and they said I should pay 7000 kr deposit, which I can't use but I can get back once I quit. I don't plan to quit any time in the furure, and I won't park my money at Circle K. Interesting how they are fine with losing hundreds of thousands of kr traffic yearly. Right now we only have 2 company cars (60k for fuel a year) but we are growing. One time in the future we will have 10 or more cars, and we would have been happy to use Circle K. Now they lose literally millions in turnover just on 1 customer, over the years.

The toss and win game is awful. And when is thisgrand prize drawing anyway bc I have 30 something entries bc that's the lame prize I keep winning..When I first played it was great bc I won drinks and pies, but now I just win dumb grand prize entries to a drawing I will prolly never see
I only gave one star because there wasn't a zero rating. Employee is always rude, crass, and always appears "bugged" when I've gone in. I won't be returning, and definitely warning others how poor the customer service is there

From top to bottom, these people have NO business working at a for-profit business, MUCH better suited to work at DMV
Hi there , I got €90 diesel in the circle k garage , Nevin , DUBLIN beside the DCU sports grounds on Monday 21 Feb at 5:45pm. My car has since had to be drained as the diesel had water in it and entered the fuel filter . Further damage is not yet known . So far I have contacted the garage manager and customer service headquarters and am waiting for a reply. Can anyone help me get a response and cover my costs .

I have a monthly car wash subscription at KCircle. For the last 2-3 months the car wash at KCircle in Borgmester Chr Gade, KBH 2450 is "out of order" on and off several times. Basically, the car wash gate refuses to recognize the number plate of your car. It is not just me but several other customers who have had the same problem. Unfortunately, the staff who is totally aware of the problem but they are super unhelpful. They just ask you to call the Danish call center which only works for limited hours. You will only get frustrated after finding that the car wash doesn't work whenever you need it.
All in all, do not subscribe to the monthly car wash.

I was at the station in skåde, højbjerg this evening 16th November. The man who was working had a really horrible attitude, did not feel welcomed at all. It was a unpleasant experience.
