In general, this company can be trusted. I ordered a couple of indoor and outdoor doors. Everything fine.

But last time the ordered door was damaged but still delivered to me.
So I opened a case to complain and fix the issue. The offered compensation (reduced price) by deinetuer.de itself was processed within days. So everything fine.

But the second step of compensation (sending a frame to cover the scratches at the door - free of charge) now last for over 6 weeks and I'm still waiting for those covers!!!

The clarification itself also took over 6 weeks due to the fact, that deinetuer.de isnt the vendor of the doors. Its just a broker - offering doors from multiple european vendors.

Summary: Waiting for the vendor to take action over 12 weeks in total is completely inacceptable and decrease the reputation of deinetuer.de entirely!!
I can only hope that the management will cancel this vendor!

Not only do they not deliver what they are supposed to, but when they do deliver something it is not the right product. When you complain, they treat you with disrespect and do absolutely nothing to fix it. We have been waiting for five months to have our complete set delivered and we have received no satisfactory answer.
