Unethical and incorrect commercial procedures, not respecting order of contact led to me loosing opportunity in buying house I was very interested in.
I was very interested in a house they had advertised, contacted the agency 7 days after it was advertised, I was put in contact with commercial Pilar Rodriguez. She was on holidays and replied via email that she would contact me on Monday 12.
Monday 12 receiving no contact, I called the office at lunch time and was put in contact with her, she said she will call in the afternoon as she was at a viewing but confirmed I was the first to contact for the home, no offers had been made on it and therefore first in line.
Again I didn't receive a call so on Tuesday morning I called myself only to find out the house is magically under offer and I can no longer do a visit. She said an offer was made the night before through the website (which I checked and the option doesnt exist, later I also confirmed this fact with the agency and they confirmed this option does not exist).
Pilar told me not to worry as the offer was very low and won't go through and that she would contact the next day. I told her I had everything ready and approved only needed to see the house before making the final decision.
Again Pilar never called back, then suddenly she sent an email saying the offer went through above the advertised price to someone that jumped the queue (meaning they were given the opportunity to negotiate).
I was never given any opportunity to view the house or enter the negotiations even after being told that the house was free and without offer.
At the same time this was happening my partner made contact for the same property as something felt wrong, she received different information than what I received and found out the supposed offer above market price hasn't been accepted and negotiations are still happening.
During all these problems I contacted the office multiple times, I was told to contact Juan Manuel Chiquito via email because he was too busy to pick up the phone.
After not having reply from Pilar or Juan for two days I called again and was told that Juan was on holidays the full week and never in the office, therefore we were lied to again.
I am still waiting on a solution for this and want my right to negotiate.
Do not work with this company and specifically Pilar Rodriguez, she is unethical and a liar.
