This is by far the most disapointing…

This is by far the most disapointing and disgusting order I've ever done. Almost 20 days with almost no support, terrible afterservice. Missing product, no money refund, pure scam and reflects on 'customer'. Never, never again. Consider taking legal action.

Serious issues with your support and general customer handling.

Dear Floordirekt,

I'm hoping that this review is being seen by the general management or members of the board.

My experience with my order trying to get information, getting it delivered and know the status of the order, even just get a call from your customer service, had been a mess that I really don't hope is the way that you want to run your business.

My ordernumber is the following:
Ordre 7500003313

After I've ordered the item from your company on the 30. November 2024, first I've just got an email with the receipt, that you had received my order.

After 4 days, I wrote to your support because I thought something might have happened to the email with shipping details. I've got an answer by a guy called Batuhan, who first stated that he was in contact with GLS to figure out where my package was. I wasn't offered any insights into when my product would be expected to be delivered. I wrote that back to him, but had no reply.

I suspect that he closed the support case after his initial reply. So I had to write again on the 9th of December, through your website to get a reply to my question, again Batuhan replied two whole days later on december the 11th, that he was still investigating where my package was.

Again I was offered no shipping information or anything to support his claim that the package had left your company.

The day after I asked to be provided with the shipping information.

No further responses was given until the 18th of december, where Batuhan wrote to me that he could not deliver the full size item that was ordered. But I was offered 2x half size items.

I accepted, and asked when my package was to be delivered, because I NEED IT TO FIX AN ISSUE!!!

Then on the 19th of December, he wrote back to be that they just received this message from your storage:

And then nothing in the mail.

I kindly asked him to send some text, because I could not see anything in the email, it was just an empty mail.

On the 25th of December Batuhan sent me an email that my order has been canceled, because I had not accepted the alternative item instead.

To be honest I became angry at this point, because I had accepted the alternative item on the 18th of December. And now it was just canceled. I asked to be called to get a further explanation, but haven't so far, and just got a notice that my order is being refunded.

I really hope that this is not your general level of service, it is at the very least questionable! And I need my f***ing item to fix an issue.

Why has my order been canceled and why it your Frontline support obviously lying to your customers?

I find it very disrespectful and disturbing the level of support that I've received.

I didn’t receive all items that i paid…

I didn’t receive all items that i paid for!
Ive sent an email regarding the missing item, but still No answer.
The problem, that they are not dispatching all items of the order together, which is a bit confusing.
It’s better to ask them all items to be delivered together.
However, I am still waiting an answer from their customer support office.

Poor customer service and web…

Poor customer service and web interface. Website states "fast delivery" but at no point are you getting any messages about the delivery or when the product you bought are being shipped. All links received from the company is broken, even the customer support feedback email sent has broken links. 2 weeks delivery is not fast delivery in my opinion! The product and price is fine, but the communication and service has much to desire.

Good quality but poor delivery arrangements.

I ordered a kitchen bin on 27th September and eventually received it on 6th October. First it took them 4 days and a prompt from me before they handed the goods over to their German carrier despite their claim that "We process and dispatch your order within 48h of receiving it." Then in the UK the item was handed over to Parcelforce who failed to update their tracking system leading me to miss one delivery. Parcelforce then failed to redeliver on the date I requested and attempted to deliver again on a day I had explicitly told them I would not be home.

Floordirekt did agree to refund the delivery charge which I appreciate. I would have given them 4 stars if they had used a different UK carrier and despatched the goods within the promised time.

Good quality product - slow delivery

The product is of very good quality. I am giving only 4 stars because the delivery time is much more than advertised and it is really hard to reach out to the customer service.
My order took more than 2 days to be process and my parcel took more than a week to be sent out. I received my parcel after nearly 2 weeks of waiting (very far from the initial 4 days advertised).

I have never had such a poor experience with an online retailer

I ordered some flooring from this company on April 18, 2023. On April 19th I received a GLS tracking number for the shipment. On April 21 I received a message from customer service telling me that they cannot ship the order because they don't have my address and they need this to ship with DB SCHENKER. I gave this right away even though they had all of my details on the order itself. I did not hear back for days so I began to call their customer service. At that point I was told that my order was 'custom' and would take more time to fabricate. I demanded more details and then received a message that my order had been lost and was cancelled on their end and that I would receive a refund in the days to come. I purchased the material from another company and placed a claim with Paypal since I did not receive a refund. Paypal came back to me with a tracking number noting that Floordirekt reported having shipped the order. This is clearly an either very incompetent or very dishonest company. I hope this review will save others the trouble of trying to do business with this company.

Bad products and no response from customer service

Got delayed the incorrect product and contacted them immediately(March 2021) and asked for shipping of the correct item and return of the incorrect one. Nothing happened until yesterday (23June2021). Yesterday I got a payment reminder for something I never received. No chance to reach customer care. I would strongly recommend to buy not at this shop.
