My order was never delivered

My order was never delivered. At every stage of the process, from transmitting the order to the courier to the delivery itself, there were issues, delays and unexplained errors. I waited for a month and sent about eight e-mails asking about the status of my order and the delivery, and all I ever got as a response is that the order will be delivered. In the end, the order was never delivered and I am currently waiting for a reimbursement. This was by far one of the worst service experiences that I have ever had and I will not be ordering again.

SCAM

I placed an order on 22nd of August. Right now, it's 13th of September and the package still hasn't arrived. I contacted the shop via email and they were responding very poorly, avoiding the topic and replying after a very long time. I repeatedly asked for a refund and for the parcel to be delivered to any pick-up point, but they ignored my requests and never answered my questions.
I even stayed at home at two days just to wait for the package, because the shop emailed me to expect it. Of course, they lied.
When I finally demanded a refund, they told me they would cancel my order “as a gesture of goodwill”. This is extremely rude and unprofessional, because delivering the product (or refunding when they fail) is their legal obligation, not some kind of favor. I was basically scammed. Don’t fall for it.

If you have recently bought a house and…

If you have recently bought a house and want to create a real masterpiece in terms of interior/exterior then this is an appropriate company with a help of which you can do this.
I can't say that this is the only one on the whole market, but from the point of a variety of assortment, different products, carpets, coverings, rugs, mats and everything else, then these guys excel in my opinion.
The delivery is quick and you can choose mats, rugs and others for whatever design you have.

1 Star for this was not enough so better 5 Star for the Floordirekt DISASTER: 17 days after the purchase and the item has not even dispatched and no one can give a date for the delivery!?REALLY!!!

Good evening again,

Your last email answer really amazed me and make me think a lot about it.

In the beginning i was kind of UPSET by the carelessness of your answer from the moment that i order something from @floordirekt on 28 September 2024 and till 09 October  2024 you are not even able to tell me when supposed to be send and then deliver the item that i order.Not only this but when i ask you  to be refunded you just tell me that it is not possible.

Again one more time without a confirmation of the delivery timeliness.
Unable till now to give me a date.

On a second moment i figure out that in the reality I FEEL SORRY for @floordirekt as a business cause you shines your self a negative light on the firm by the way you behave in such unprofessional way without take responsibilities about YOUR logistic issues.

I really wonder what kind of management and customer service do you have or you don't even!

This kind of stories need to be shared on Facebook and on Instagram just for the purposes to open the eyes on future costumers before they end up with a displeasure story like mine.

Ps. You can keep the refunded and the merchandise that I purchase from you. Thanks god you are not the only one that you sell this product so i have managed to find a solution from the moment the delivery with you is uncertain.
