I was a seller on G2G for several years under the store name “Gamerxpro.” Recently, my account was permanently suspended for allegedly soliciting private or offsite deals.
I respectfully deny this allegation. At no point did I confirm or complete any transaction outside the G2G platform. In fact, I clearly stated in chat that transactions should be conducted through G2G.
Despite multiple requests, I was never shown the exact message that supposedly violated their policy. The responses I received repeatedly stated that the decision was final and no further clarification would be provided.
While I appreciate that platforms must enforce rules to maintain marketplace safety, I believe transparency is equally important. If a seller is permanently banned, they should be provided with clear and specific evidence of the violation.
I was allowed to withdraw my remaining balance, which I appreciate. However, the permanent suspension without detailed explanation has been disappointing after years of activity on the platform.
I hope G2G considers improving communication and transparency in enforcement decisions.

G2G replied to my review claiming “multiple instances of non-compliance” — but still refuses to specify what these violations actually are.
Let me be clear about my account history:
∙ Violation #1 (2023, Items Category): I listed Valorant codes in Items because G2G didn’t have a Gift Card section at the time. Tracy Chen personally reviewed my case (Ticket #2484214), understood the situation, and gave me a second chance. I kept my promise for 3 years with zero issues.
∙ Violation #2 (2025, Manual Top-Up): A customer refused login credentials and begged for a code. My trainee sent one to satisfy him. Customer redeemed it, then lied and reported “Not Received.” I provided Xbox API proof. I accepted the refund loss.
That’s it. Two incidents in 3 years across DIFFERENT categories. Both caused by dishonest buyers, not malicious intent.
Questions G2G still won’t answer:
1. Where are these “multiple violations”? I count TWO in THREE YEARS — both involving buyers who lied.
2. Your Manual Top-Up Policy (Nov 2025) says credit card payments = suspension. Where does it say gift card codes = permanent ban? I’ve never used a credit card.
3. Why was a Final Warning issued at 8:42 AM on January 12, then changed to Permanent Ban at 9:08 AM? What happened in those 26 minutes?
4. I reported 9 sellers using credit cards with video proof (Ticket #5030618). All 9 are still active. Why am I banned for something NOT in your policy while actual violators sell freely?
What G2G is holding:

∙ 3 years of my life building on this platform

Set up an account to make a purchase for game currency. Thankfully I messaged the seller before purchase, asking how I would receive the currency, eg redeem code to email etc..
Their answer : give me your Microsoft account username and password and I'll do it for you.

These people let scammers scam on their platform. I’m new to PSN and I purchased my first gift card from G2G around 3 to 4 days ago. I got a $100 card for $68, which already sounded too good to be true. The seller didn’t have any good or bad ratings at that moment, but I trusted their protection policies and thought they would be there for me in case something went wrong.
I received the key instantly and it was a 13-digit code. I spent almost $70 on this. As you know, the PlayStation Store only accepts 12 characters. So I reported it immediately and the seller issued another code within a couple of hours. Then he kept asking me to confirm that the order was received so he could “activate” the code.
That itself is a scam, because there is no connection between a gift card seller and activation. Also, G2G clearly says not to confirm the order without trying the card and verifying it. I kept messaging him, and he kept forcing me to complete the order so the money would be released to him. I haven’t even viewed the code yet, because I already know it’s not going to work.
Meanwhile, I saw that three other people got scammed by him too. They mentioned the exact same story. Then the seller added three fake reviews, probably by creating fake profiles and completing dummy orders, so now he has 50% good and 50% bad ratings.
I sent a support email to G2G at the same time, and it created a ticket (#5114683). From that moment, it has been 3 working days with no reply. Since it passed 3 days, they released the money to that scammer a few hours ago and marked the order as completed.
They had 3 working days to check my issue. They can clearly see what is going on because all the chat is on their platform. All the red flags are there. I even attached screenshots. They can refer to other user reviews that happened on the same day. I’m sure they received complaints from them too. They can see that I haven’t even viewed the code. If I view the code, it gets marked as viewed. So there is no issue with refunding at all.
They had 3 days, but they didn’t care. The only option to contact them is via email, which goes to the ticket system. No live chat or any other method. I even messaged them on social media with my ticket ID, and still no response.
So if you wish to get scammed, this is your company.
The best and most reliable and secure website; I recommend everyone use it.
