We got a car insurance with HUK and have had an extremely frustrating experience trying to reach anyone for support. We attempted multiple times to book an appointment through the website using the different forms available, sent emails, called the available number on the website, and even visited the Neukölln office in person but were never able to speak to anyone, despite the website showing it as open, no one was there. We tried for months to get in touch, but it has been completely impossible to reach anyone.
