I submitted the contract termination request on 29th September 2025 and declare the deadline to be 31st October 2025.
However, I submitted the request on website 2 times. They didn't respond. I sent an email, they replied that they confirm the deadline 30th November 2025. Even though my contract is not obligated to any duration.
Looks like these guys are asking to be sued.
1. First something didn't work with SEPA mandate on their (terrible) website.
2. Then I had to pay manually, already with a Mahnung fee.
3. They never noticed that payment and charged me double in the upcoming month.
4. And now I'm contacted by EWD Inkasso with their serious claims lol.
How can i explain my problem, in October 14th I pay electricity bill but by Sparkasse bank mistakenly wrote one digit num wrong in reference num IBAN was correct than we explain them still they said they don't received the account on time and send fine of 55.3 . I don't understand Why ,, when we pay first time the bill to them they became all our bank details. In October I send them 2 E-Mails that I pay the bill still they send me a fine . When it's not my fault and bank is also not accepting their mistake. Please don't trust the company. From October till now I suffering.
So they will let you wait and the do a credit check on you to let you know when is too late that you are not good enough. Why in earth electric company does credit check on you is just beyond me. Anyways looking at other reviews it seems that is OK to not be with these crooks.
A disaster, after 5 months of the contract start, they send me an email that I have to pay 40% more per month!!!! I will quit my contract today, not recommended at all
