I bought a wok Ken Hom Excellence wok set and it is not as described.
The food sticks to it extremely, I had another wok and it lasted many years, I wanted one with a lid so I ordered this one.
It was totally waste of money, also I feel cheated because I paid 919DKK and now it costs 549DKK.

I had a terrible experience with KitchenOne and would strongly advise against purchasing from them. I bought an expensive copper-colored pan, expecting high quality, but to my shock, the copper coating started fading after just two uses on my induction stove. In some areas, the coating has completely faded, exposing the steel color of base metal, and several spots look burned or discolored.

I contacted KitchenOne with clear photographic evidence showing the defects. However, instead of acknowledging the issue, they dismissed my complaint, claiming that this is “normal” behavior for copper cookware. While I understand that copper may naturally change over time, it is absolutely unreasonable for an expensive pan to lose its finish and expose the base metal color after only two uses!

Their so-called "solution" was to let me return the pan but with a deduction from the refund since I had "used" it—completely ignoring the fact that the issue only became evident after using it. If I had known that I would need to constantly polish the pan just to keep it looking decent, as they suggested in their reply, I would have bought a cheaper alternative from Ikea! I am sure even that would have fared better than this one.

I had provided detailed pictures proving my complaint, and I wish I could attach them here for everyone to see. Unfortunately, Trustpilot does not allow photo uploads, but if it did, the images would speak for themselves.

KitchenOne refuses to take responsibility for selling an inferior-quality product and is hiding behind weak excuses. Their handling of this situation has been deeply disappointing, and I will never purchase from them again. I highly recommend that others avoid this store unless they are willing to pay a premium for poor quality and zero accountability. At the least please avoid buying cookware and pans from kitcheone

Bought some pots in the past and this time around, a cutting board and some oil for it.

Shipping was quick, got plenty of info emails about my order, and everything pas packaged really carefully. Always happy with their shop. The only con is that in my opinion, it's a bit difficult to find items on their website, idk if its the UI or the backend side of things, but it's got a bit of an "un-updated" feel to it. Not important at all though,i feel like the satisfaction surrounding the products and overall service heavily compensate for that and I'll refresh and research stuff as much as i need to if it means i get it from a trusted shop.

Bought Ooni oven and equipment. All as promised :) Delivery times fulfilled, products arrived in perfect conditions, good order tracking feature from the website, shipment through postnord with tracking, and the postnord delivery person happen to be very kind too.
