Came on time, price was right. They done an excellent job on my new gutters. Looks absolutely fabulous!! Very friendly and knowledgeable about the process. I couldn’t be more happy. Showed up , was professional , cleaned up and showed us how everything works . He also listened to requests and made it happen .

These guys are high pressure crooks. Its like buying a used car from the worst dealership. He quoted me over $15000.00 to do my house and then wanted me to sign a 10 page contract! That is not happening. Beware.

work is not done as per contract, it's given in writing that all gutter corner will be sealed ,leaf gutter screen will be installed and 3 people will come to do alignment and gutters will be fastened Plus plus. But an 18 years old person came to do the job. gutters are still leaking. when complained , two people came and they applied more silicone on old silicone and left in half hour and started at me

I fact checked their presentation and their statements did not hold true locally to my area. When I asked her difficult questions, she was not prepared and directed me to this website. When using other platforms, there was a large discrepancy in rating. The salesman didn't even finish the quotation, because she said I was berating her, when I was actually trying to find solid answers to some weak points. After doing research I came to find this company is very likely a bad service provider that does not actually install the product hey present. They show signs of bad craftsmanship. And management is very likely sweeping bad incidents under the rug.

Very deceptive , charged 2800. For adding 12 , 1x2x12 boards to facea, installer told us we would still have to clean screens as the holes clog up. Had to come out and fix screens as the used nails instead of recommended screws and the filters were coming up. Installed on 10 of 2023 and the gutter corner in leaking creating a ice problem and they want 95.00 just to come out and look at it .not under warranty. Feels like a scam . Would never recamend.

Cris, called the day before and the morning of installation. Upon arrival he introduce himself and crew.
Walked the overall job and explained what was to be done.
After doing a review of the work, there were a few things needed to be done to insure the work was completed to my satisfaction. Those improvements were made and all parties agreed the work, quality of work was superior.

Attention to detail was performed through the entire process, area was left spotless and at all times professional care was displayed.

Would recommend Cris, and crew for top notch quality work.

Installation went well considering not so favorable weather conditions. Chris was very nice to have as the installer.

I have the Leaf Filter Gutter and gutter cover, this is NOT the cover fitted on my existing gutters. The covers are always clogged. The dirt sits on top of the screening and creates a barrier the rain cannot get through. I cannot get in or out of the house without the water dripping off the gutter and right down on my head. Right now, it's cold out and there is a frozen puddle on top of my door mat. I contacted the company and never received a response. I posted here already and they responded asking for proof of purchase and when I sent it they never responded back. Five years of clogged gutters.

Leaf filter gutter guards installed in 2023. When they are trying to sell their product, they don’t emphasize that the problem you will have with these gutter guards is that the debris piles up and settles on the gutter guards. The leaves do not blow off as told from the sales person. Lifetime Warranty should be used very loosely. Several years ago when I called them about this issue, there was a $95.00 service fee and the person they sent to look at the gutters said he could not inspect the second story! Now there is a piece of the gutter guard hanging over beyond the roof! Was told that there would be a $95.00 service fee. I told them I have a picture that I could send them and was told that they couldn’t accept a photo!!!! Where does that Lifetime Warranty come in.?? This is such a SCAM! My late husband made the decision to purchase these in 2023. He passed away in 2024. We financed the cost of this SCAM which I had to pay off after my husband died. Customer Service/ Lifetime Warranty doesn’t exist. Don’t make the same mistake we did by falling for their sales pitch!

Was priced $5100 to start and I negotiated down to $3000. If they could do it at 3k to begin with, why isn’t that what they charge?? I’m sure they take advantage of some people. Clean up could have been better. Only took 1.5 hours. Subcontractor for install.

My experience was on a professional level. From the beginning of the informal information meeting with Latosha Britt. She was very punctual, in fact she arrived early, which was okay, due to she called to let me know she was in my area. Her customer service was superb in that she was very knowledgeable of the product without reading it to me. The pictures in her presentation were very clear. She took her time explaining the Leaf Filter system. I felt comfortable listening and talking with her as she explained how the filters work well with good gutters, as well as the benefits. When we went on a walk around the house, she pointed out lots of damage issues and explained what was happening as well as how the Leaf Filters work and could resolve my problems. This was a major problem due to rain was overflowing the corners because the drains were stopped up with debris that had gotten under the gutter guards that had been severely damaged by roofing installers. Because I was interested, I was promptly given a written quote. We were able to process the application for financing which was approved the same day, January 17, 2026. After deciding to have them do the job, installation was arranged right away for to begin on January 19, 2026. John, Leaf Filter Installer/Service Tech and helper handled the installation with professionalism and care. They were timely, took care to clean up the debris, material removal, any screws dropped in the flowerbeds were picked up, courteous in answering my questions without hesitation or seeming to be bothered, and the first day they stayed until it began to turn dark after 5 P.M.I give Latosha Britt, the salesperson, and John & Crew a five star rating. Their knowledge and workmanship are amazing. I will highly recommend this company to everyone if you want to get it professionally done.

I had a leak under my gutter, called for consultation. Explained to sales representative when he came for initial consultation that I wasn’t looking to install gutter guards if it wouldn’t fix the leaking problem. He assured me that their gutter guards and service provided would in fact solve my problem. After install still have the leaking problem and now they take no accountability, their representatives just tell me it’s a roof issue and I need to call a roofing company to fix the problem. So I paid thousands of dollars to have the same issue I started with.

They apply pressure sales tactics. We got sucked in.
Only 80% of the job was done. Had to call them back to finish. Very poor workmanship. They left open gaps everywhere and tried to fill them in with silicone caulking that was dropping everywhere. . They came back 3 times and kept doing the same shoddy work each time. Absolutely horrible experience and way overpriced.

I regret the purchase. If (and will happen) the product screening comes off during a windy day or due to "Please note that any repairs necessitated by Acts of Mother Nature are subject to a $95 base fee + labour (an additonal $45)" - How after paying so much for a product that doesn't cover acts of mother nature, when that is the entire purpose of the produce?!

I will never recommend this product to anyone and regret our purchase in the first place.

Leaf filter is a horrible company the customer service sucks a$$ they never get back to you I have them installed since last November and no one ever reaches the company can burn in hell , The sales man completely lied about what the installer would be doing and the installer comes out and tries to charge for things that’s included

I bought the leaf filter gutters in December and was very happy with the gutters and then I found out that I was basically lied to about the financing through Lowe’s my sells man told me that there was a2 year no payment with no interest and I ask Mr Ed are you sure and then he called his manager and ask him and he reconfirmed that that was in fact true so I went ahead and got them after installation I found out that that was not true so I’ve tried to contact lead filter a couple of times to get issue resolved to no avail the only person I talked to was Jason the manager over the sells man and he told me just don’t pay Lowe’s it will be ok and the only reason I’m upset is that I feel that the finance was fraudulent by making me fill like I was getting the 2 year no payment no interest leaf filter please make this right

Very punctual on sales and inspection. Some hidden costs. The installation was also very punctual, professional and left premises very clean. I would recommend Leaf Filter.

First of all i replied giving my email requesting info bilingual then it started call after call upon me working day after day calls coming in day and night inbetween me working 7 days going calls flowing in but I can't believe not one email or messages.In my job it's just to impossible in refinery oiler I got feed up that just shows you this company has no communication system under control calling and calling it's rude not leaving no nothing after each call shame shame shame literally harassment who would of thought such a big company have this flaw that just upset me so I went to the next best gutter company. Get yourslf organized two thumbs down!!!!
