Unacceptable Delivery Delay and Poor Customer Service

On December 3, 2025, I placed an order for a carpet, with the delivery time indicated as up to 3-5 business days. Unfortunately, the delivery process was problematic from the very beginning. The courier was unable to deliver the parcel to the specified address, even though the address was provided accurately and correctly, and all other couriers have always been able to locate and deliver to this address without any issues.
At a later stage, a specific delivery date and time were agreed with the courier, and we stayed at the address specifically to receive the delivery. However, the courier did not arrive, and no notification, explanation, or follow-up was provided.
We contacted customer service, but the communication was extremely slow, unprofessional, and showed no real interest in finding a solution. After a long exchange of messages, we were asked to provide an alternative delivery address. However, after submitting the new address, we received no further response.
Only on January 16, 2026, did we receive a message stating that the carpet was no longer with the courier and that, if we wished, we could place a new order. After more than a month of waiting and such poorly managed communication, this offer was unacceptable, and we therefore declined.
Unfortunately, I must say that I have never experienced such poor attitude and customer service. This experience does not meet the standards of a professional company.

This is absolutely not the level of service we aim to provide. Delays, missed delivery attempts, and unclear communication from the carrier are unacceptable, and we understand how disappointing it is to wait so long without clear updates or a proper resolution. 

Unfortunately, once the shipment was no longer in the courier’s possession, we were limited in the actions we could take, which is why the option to place a new order was presented. That said, we fully understand why, given the timeline and experience, this was not a satisfactory solution for you.

Your feedback is taken very seriously. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and disappointment caused, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention.

Worst Customer Service Experience

This is the first review I have ever written in my life.

Unfortunately, I am currently experiencing one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I ordered a carpet a month ago, and when it arrived, it was damaged. I returned the carpet and, instead of sending a replacement, I was asked to place a new order. To avoid further delays, I did so, which meant paying for the same product twice.

The replacement carpet eventually arrived, but no refund was issued. I then had to follow up multiple times to receive the refund. On top of this, the carpet I received was not the one I ordered. I am now being asked to return yet another incorrect product before they will send the carpet I originally ordered.

This carpet was meant to be a Christmas gift, and it is now clear that I will not receive it on time. I find it extremely frustrating that I am being penalized for mistakes that were not mine, and that the solution offered requires additional time and effort on my side.

Overall, this experience has been very disappointing and has shown a serious lack of customer focus. Not ordering from this company ever again.

The rug I wanted was labelled as out of stock during the Black Friday sales but I contacted customer services and they helped me buy the rug, that was apparently still in stock. Quick and excellent service from Marlene! And the package came quickly and we are super happy.

Poor customer service for a poor…

Poor customer service for a poor product. Stay away. The rug sheds and is impossible to use. Unhealthy. I will not support this company again.
