I will never buy a Samsung appliance…
I will never buy a Samsung appliance again.
I purchased a Samsung Series 6 washer/dryer for over €1,000 and it became unusable in under 6 months. During a normal wash, clothes became trapped in the door seal and damaged the machine, leaving us without a working washer as a young family.
What followed was weeks of being bounced back and forth between Samsung and the retailer, with each pointing to the other. Samsung ultimately refused to repair the machine under warranty, claiming the failed door seal is a “consumable part” and not a manufacturing defect, even though the appliance is practically brand new.
For a premium product at this price point, this is completely unacceptable. The product failed far too quickly, and the lack of accountability and willingness to stand behind the product has been incredibly disappointing.
This experience has completely destroyed my confidence in Samsung appliances, and I will not be purchasing Samsung products again.

It’s like we live in the age stone. The phone number on the internet are whatever. For Samsung westfield they connect you to repair, they don’t have a phone there. Then on the store in canary wharf there are options to connect you from bristol to machesteronly not the store in london this number actually should be. Only option is to go in person and waste your time if they don’t have appointments. Well done. An update to phone numbers wouldn’t hurt.
Friends don't let friends buy Samsung
We built our house 2 years ago, and bought all Samsung appliances for the kitchen. Unfortunately, I didn't do my homework on the quality of Samsung.
Every one of the appliances has some part that has broken, or stopped working.
Microwave: door handle broke at around 13 months old
Dishwasher: pop open feature works when it's in the mood, and the rinse dispenser started pouring the rinse agent out of the bottom of the dishwasher, all over the floor at less than 12 months old
Oven: timer stopped working at 2 years old
Refrigerator: ice maker stopped working at 16 months old.
A friend of mine furnished his entire kitchen with Samsung, and said every appliance broke in less than 2 years.
I will never buy another Samsung product again, and I'll warn anyone to remember " buyer beware"
Galaxy app is a scam
Bought an item through the Galaxy app store but the payment didn't appear to work and no item was received so I bought it again and it worked fine. Found out they had charged me twice but only received the item once. Tried to contact customer support on the website, it took an hour to get through the chatbots questions, only to be cut off, this hapoened twice. Sent a question through the app only to get an email requesting a reply with more information, but that email address didn't allow replies. I tried this 3 times and the AI customer service just kept sending the completely useless emails asking for replys with information already provided. Luckily I paid on PayPal so opened a dispute and got a refund on there. Samsung now seem to have blocked my account and I can't make any more purchases, tried customer services as it says to do on the error message and they won't even respond to me now. Despite being a reputable company, they seem to be unable to follow trading standard laws. I've been a lifelong user of samsung but not anymore, really disappointed with how much effort I've had to put in to a £15 refund.
Shame on you Samsung
The worst customer service I have ever had, if I could I would give them 0 stars.
They have no idea how to help or advise you about the problem you are calling and keep transferring you from one line to another and each one says something different.
I spent almost £500 paid in full for a Samsung TV and they were unable to help me with my remote control problem.
Shame on Samsung for such a bad customer service and especially that with such a reputation for a big brand as Samsung you cannot solve a minor problem.
Samsung S24 Ultra android 16 update
Android 16 update that never stated it was a beta release otherwise I would never have done it.
My main issue is how email addresses and anything with a fullstop inbetween letters or nunbers now shows highlighted and underlined in notes making it a complete nightmare to edit or copy my notes as I used to.
Wish I could leave no stars
Wish I could leave no stars. I went into the store to look at the Samsung Flip 7 back on Wed 23rd July. The Sales Associate gave me a great deal where I'd get the handset for £649 with a trade in of my current handset. I had to pre order the colour I wanted (the red one) including a £25 deposit was told "it would be in by Friday." I was given a paper receipt only.
Friday rolled around, no message. I went back into the store on the 25th July. I am then told it hasn't arrived yet and they will notify me when it arrives. I asked them to email my receipt as I overheard them offering this to another customer. I'm then told they didn't have my email address (they did as I bought my Fold from them). I gave them my email address, checked it on their screen. I am told it should be in tomorrow. I left. Annoyed.
I call the next day and speak to the most obnoxious young woman who says if I haven't been notified it hasn't arrived. I ask her to kindly check - she puts me on hold and says it isn't there. I ask to speak to a manager and she transfers me to a switchboard. I call back- get her again. This time she terminates the call after I ask to speak to a manager. I call back and the phone isn't answered for 37 minutes, so she clearly unplugged it.
I go back into the store to make a complaint. The Assistant Manager, Wale takes a picture of my sales receipt and informs me, the handset arrived ages ago but they didn't have my email address 😑 lies. And even if they didn't, they couldn't call? Wale refunds the £25 deposit. Then says he can get me a better deal but it's working out more expensive by £200 😅 I have to get to a meeting so tell him I'll have to come back. I ask him to email me with the details of what he's now offering and the resolution into his investigation on what happened with my phone. Till this day I've received nothing from them.
I then went to the Westfield Stratford store on Thursday 21 August to see if they could help and ask for the complaints details. Joss the store manager assures me he will inform Vyonn, the General Manager and follow up with him on Friday as he has a Teams call with him. He also takes a picture of my sales receipt so they can sort out the pricing, as now all the promotions have ended and because Wale refunded the deposit, he's messed that up too. It's now Wed 27 August and I have not received an email, call, text, pigeon carrier, nothing!
Unprofessional, incompetent, unorganised, time consuming and unaccountable now too it appears. I have been using Samsung since Samsung 4 was out and I will happily go to their competitors because the Apple Store would never. Disgusted with this entire experience. Seriously, do better.

I bought a s25 ultra after spending more than 1000 pound on offer. They decided to give free watch misleading first promotion in additional to that phone it's not that fast iphone pro max smash the game for same price
Worst phone company
Samsung A36 faulty they meant to arrange at home check with a company they deal with but wrong details sent over and over telling them its S24 so without correct details the repair/checks cant be done i asked samsung to rebook repair/check they sent wrong details again after 45 minutes phone call trying to sort it they seam obsessed with S24 which I don't have and never will, I'll never buy Samsung again, the customer service is horrendous they don't listen to me just go off in their own world I think I'll dump this A36 and buy a different make of phone, I'm getting nowhere with samsung I really give up.

In this company i liked the camara feature and the perfomance of battery. Now i have samsung s24 ultra which is known for its magnification and ai. This phone can also be used for gaming. Games like minecraft etc.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I PURCHASED A NINE HUNDRED DOLLAR T V AND WITHIN FIVE MONTHS, THE WI FI MODULE DID NOT WORK. SAMSUNG SENT OUT A TECHNICIAN AND SAID, BECAUSE IT WAS MOUNTED OUTDOORS EVEN THOUGH IT WAS UNDER A COVERED PATIO INSIDE A SEALED BOX THAT IT WAS NOT UNDER WARRANTY. MIND YOU THERE WAS NO PHYSICAL INSPECTION. HE COULD NOT SHOW ME ANY DAMAGE MY LAST OUTDOOR TV WAS ALSO SAMSUNG. LASTED THIRTEEN YEARS, AND IT WASN'T EVEN IN A SEALED BOX. IT WAS JUST UNDER A COVERED PATIO. IF YOU PULL OUT A MODULE AND SHOW ME WATER DAMAGE. I'LL EAT MY WORDS. HE DIDN'T EVEN LOOK AT IT. I'VE BEEN A SAMSUNG LOYALIST FOR THE BETTER PART OF 35 YEARS AND SPENT EASILY $60000 ON. EQUIPMENT FROM THAT COMPANY. THAT ENDS TODAY! IF YOU'RE SMART, YOU WILL SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE.

I bought a Galaxy A35 smartphone and a Galaxy Tab A9+ tablet, trusting Samsung's update promises. While Google Pixel users are testing the Android 16 beta, Samsung is focusing on selling the S25 instead of rolling out the One UI 7 update to all users. Complaints on the Samsung Forum and other websites are being ignored. Although updates are not very important to me, I believe a software update could be useful because notifications on both devices are not delivered instantly. I never had such an issue with my iPhone 6s, which I used eight years ago. This problem might lead me to stay away from Samsung or Android-based smartphones altogether. I hope Samsung corrects this mistake soon; otherwise, they will start losing many users, and regretting this mistake will be of no benefit to them.
Buds2 broke after 11 months due it in-ear usage.
Samsung Galaxy Buds 2 broke after 11 months of use due to, and this is what the manufacturer told: "being in touch with ear wax and thus it is the users fault". Having used different in-ears for 5 years, this has never happened before. Not only did the product break for being used as intended (inside the ear) they voided the warranty saying it is my fault that I use in-ear buds inside my ear. Absolute garbage service and product.
break down a few month after the end of the legal guarante
Products that break down a few month after the end of the legal guarantee. Terrible customer service.
Purchased a new tall fridge freezer
I needed a new fridge freezer. Found a Samsung one I like online with Black Friday discount and a further NHS discount. Ordered and it was delivered a couple of days later. I ordered it easily on-line and delivery was quick. The Fridge freezer looks lovely and so far so good.
I would like to give a big shout out for the two delivery guys (Romanian) who called me 10 minutes away to let me know they would be with me soon. They both were very polite and extremely helpful in getting this fridge freezer in the place that I wanted it. They took their time and were very careful and considerate in not causing any damage. These guys are a credit to the delivery company.
This is my second appliance (washing machine) I have purchased this year from Samsung and I hope these will last now for many years. So far I'm very happy. 😊 Definitely recommend.
Shocking repair services!!!
Shocking repair services!!!! Liars!!!!
They say they will repair the battery of my phone which I double checked if the battery will be repaired or tested first. I confirmed this with Samsung and likewize (home repair) and they confirmed the battery would be replaced as thats the job which has been confirmed.
However when the technician came, he said otherwise. He seemed quite unhelpful too, who seemed that he has already decided that the battery wont be replaced.
I wanted camera etc to be looked into but the shock of different statements blanked my mind and then when I said about camera, the engineer said you should have told samsung about it. However Samsung says we need to tell the engineer. All lies and passing us to each other.
Negative experience with buying a…
Negative experience with buying a Samsung Z Fold 4 phone. Samsung company deceives people by giving a 2 year warranty on the phone. This warranty does not work. On my phone the screen peeled off and as a result a black vertical stripe appeared in the middle of the phone on the fold. I sent my phone to Samsung workshop for repair under warranty, but they sent me a bill for repair £ 569. They do not take into account that the screen peeling is a manufacturing defect and insist that I pay for the repair. This is absurd. Their warranty does not work. A huge number of different people around the world leave negative feedback for the same reason that the Samsung Warranty does not work, they just deceive people, giving hope that if their equipment breaks, then under warranty they will repair it, but in return they send giant bills for repairs. Shame on your Samsung company. The first time I bought a phone from you, it broke through no fault of mine, but you refused to repair it under warranty. I will never buy from you again and I do not recommend it to anyone!!! ⛔⛔⛔
Hates customers
Bought new refrigerator in July after about a week noticed food was bad. Put thermometer in Greg and found temp was lot higher than set. That started 50 days of a lot of communication with Samsung to today still not fixed tried to get replaced but Samsung says no waiting on parts. Don’t buy Samsung products
We purchased all Samsung kitchen…
We purchased all Samsung kitchen appliances for our new home…unfortunately. After about 10 months our dishwasher started acting up - the motor was going out - it sounded like a freight train going through our house. And only my husband and I live in this house, so we ran this dishwasher once or twice a week at the most. He tried to reset it following their tech support advice, but we always got error messages.
So after fighting with Samsung for a couple of weeks, who didn’t seem interested in following through on their warranty, the local appliance company we bought it from went to bat for us. Finally they agreed to have it looked at. Parts were ordered, and a repair man came to our house only to find out Samsung sent the wrong parts - a hose was ordered in stead of the motor part. So parts were ordered again, and they scheduled a repair on August 31. Serviceman came that day and replaced the motor. It seemed to run okay, but we didn’t have time to run a cycle because we were leaving town. We got home two days later, tried to run it, and we got error messages again. It would not run a cycle. So now they want to schedule a repair for early October!! We have been dealing with this since end of May!! Needless to say, we are pissed!!
Also, the soft close on our new wash machine broke too. And Samsung sent the lock part instead of the spring parts for the soft close during the first repair visit. We were able to get that repaired on the 31st.
DO NOT BUY SAMSUNG APPLIANCES Their customer service is awful. No one speaks English…they are just horrible.
Trash
Trash! Products are poorly assembled and the quality is generally super low...
