Was given the run around
Was incorrectly told an item was available online. I ordered it, had it delivered to the store. When I arrived at the store a week later (and another 28km round trip) I was informed that the product wasn’t in stock!

Delivery outside Denmark
The website clearly states that they deliver outside Denmark, but I have spent six months trying to get a quote for shipping. Despite multiple emails and phone calls, I never received any information. Absolutely the worst service I have ever experienced.
