Poor customer service

Skynet Cape Town has given us the worst courier experience. They received my TEMU parcel on 12 September and kept promising next-day delivery, which never happened. When we followed up, we were told the parcel is “missing” and promised a call from risk management that never came. Staff were rude on the phone, and now my husband has to drive to their offices just to get answers. Totally unacceptable service, especially with a wedding coming up next week.

Niyanya shame

Niyanya shame. Very stupid people, I have not received my package since 10 days I paid the tax duties fee in South Africa. Within 2 days I emailed you, give you my updated phone number, on Friday, last week the agent said the package has been scheduled for delivery on Monday, today it is Wednesday. very useless people.

I highly recommend this International…

I highly recommend this International courier !

I recently used them for a pickup in Italy, delivery within 3 days in Belgium.

Customer service team assisted me throughout the entire process, giving clear instructions and valuable details about my package and how to track it.

Cost was fair and my package arrived in good condition!

Unprofessional and Disrespectful…

Unprofessional and Disrespectful Customer Service

I am extremely disappointed with the way this company handled the delivery of an important document. The document was found wet and left carelessly on the sink, and it was not received by the person listed. Only my mother and 5-year-old niece were home at the time and neither received anything.

Worse, when I tried to raise my concern, the agent dropped the call while I was still explaining. I had to call back twice just to repeat myself. I was then told to message on WhatsApp, where my concern was left pending without follow-up.

Their lack of professionalism, rude attitude, and complete disregard for proper customer service is alarming especially for a company entrusted with delivering sensitive documents. If you value your time and peace of mind, I strongly advise thinking twice before using their services.
