Had an issue with the stop tap in the street which wouldn’t turn off as the stop tap in my property needed replacing , the engineer who came out (John Neylon) put me at ease and told me it would eventually be sorted out, he kept me updated step by step and it really reduced my anxiety.
Stuart was extremely helpful. He help as much as he could and went out of his way to put us at ease. His knowledge was second to none and he was a pleasure to deal with. If I could have gave him a 10 I would have.

Shortly after moving in to my new home, we discovered that the external stop tap had been paved over during the previous owner's tenure, so Severn Trent had to come and locate it in order to fit our water meter. We were visited by P. Mooney (reference 14166137), and he was very friendly and helpful!
