Bought the bike nook assembled it but…

Bought the bike nook assembled it but it has pushed the mudguard onto the bike wheel and now it’s now aligned. I think the product is great but just not right for me personally. I did purchase the bike nook pro for mudguards too.
I have tried to fill out the returns form on the solution centre and not having any joy as nothing happens and the please wait sign comes up. I have also tried to find an email so I can arrange a return. So far my personal experience has not been good in arranging a refund.

Steam cleaner

I ordered a steam cleaner from this company last year they tried taking an extra £200 from my account made a complaint nothing happened until I mad a bad review and they then paid back. Well they have just taken another £99 from me what is the matter with this company steer well clear they are a bloody nightmare

Faulty H2OHD Floor cleaner

This will be the 4th water tank for my H2oHD floor cleaner, hopefully the design fault has been rectified? I have used the floor cleaner a hand full of times and I am getting to the point of replacing it with a different make. I am hoping the water tank I have purchased will have a guarantee period, just in case it does crack like the previous ones.

Don't bother wasting money…

Product used once then failed and you have to wait days for a response if they even bother as seen comments they don't respond!
Product just grunts on switch on yet heats up but doesn't produce steam! Tried cleaning as it's been stored away but shouldn't need 2 after using once? Also very heavy yet sold as lightweight?
Awaiting the comments they can't help as purchased by deceased parent and I don't know details!

I don't believe all the positive…

Edit: You sent me an email link to contact you but the link doesn't work. Again, it's bad that you don't have an email address. I haven't yet used the steam cleaner and wanted to delay validating the warranty until l did.
l don't believe all the positive feedback. There is no way I can find to speak to or contact anyone about anything. If I had bought this product (H20 cleaner) from Argos before Christmas I could have returned it.
Instead I will have to ask my credit card company to refund as there is no way to contact anyone at Thane. If someone from Thane is reading these reviews, please respond to this.

No mop, no response - AVOID!

I ordered the HD Mop on the 14th December 2025 and it is now the 5th January 2026 and still no mop. I've messaged Thane twice but no reply and there doesn't seem to be a number to call. Will have to go to PayPal to get my money back. AVOID

Very good.

The product is brilliant. Very difficult to purchase over the phone. Needs a longer electric cable. This is the 4th unit I have purchased and this version is the best of them.

Poor quality water tank

I've had my steamer for about 2 months and the water tank has cracked and become brittle and leaking water everywhere looking at previous reviews this is a common fault but also a costly one to replace at £30 a time. The fault is around the hole where you fill up and put the bung. Its shocking at this rate within a year you would have paid for a new mop twice over on tanks. I would seriously recommend looking at other products before this one. Don't waste your money
