Having purchased from Parts Centre in the past, with great satisfaction, to do so again was a no-brainer. And once again everything went like clockwork. Always a smooth transaction and they don't overprice their stock. I'm sure I'll be back in the future.

I found the process of identifying and engaging an expert to be very straightforward. Wthin 24 hours several local traders had made contact, selecting the most appropriate was easy thanks to plenty of reviews combined with how quickly work could start. Throughout the process right up to completion of work everything met my expectations.

Ordering process to despatch -Excellent. Delivered, once again,right at the earliest estimate given despite their most pessimistic expections of 3-10 working days.

Very pleased all round. My order went through like a requisition at Mönchengladbach and delivery was equally promp. Delighted to see that the current mops have dispensed with the rather inferior velcro-style loop strips, which gave up the ghost far too quickly. The sour taste of poor quality remsins long after the sweetness of a low price has faded.
I still have a couple of those from the original H²O and their strips are as good as ever, so lesson learned I guess.

An enormous improvement over the ridiculous remote supplied by the OEM, which literally started falling apart within a matter of months. No doubt they would have offered a replacement under the terms of the warranty but that would have been totally pointless.RCW's remote looks like it will keep performing for the life of my sound base.

Having suffered blocked printer heads from lack of use caused by pressing family needs, I returned to Cartridge Save for fresh cartridges having (hopefully) cleaned the heads. I am pleased to report that standards have been maintained during my absence, if not improved. I opted for free delivery only to find the package on my door mat next morning. Very happy.
