The first two trees sent to me did not work which was frustrating as I ordered one for Christmas.

Please do not purchase from this company.
I ordered a garland from them which when it arrived was damaged. I contacted them directly on numerous occasions, before contacting the 3rd party payment company, but not once did I receive a reply.
I was asked through this 3rd party payment company to return the damaged garland (at my own cost) from the UK to Australia.
I have not done so, as the cost of returning the damaged item would have been greater than the cost of said item.
Not only was the item received badly damaged, it was certainly NOT as advertised.
I don't usually leave negative reviews but in this instance I hope it helps others.

I ordered the Easter bunny and was surprised by the small size, even though if you look into the item it clearly states it is only 6 inches tall. The photos in the ad would make it seem much taller so I never looked at the area that shows the actual height. Though their ads states 30 day refunds with no questions asked, their return shipping address is in Australia so the shipping expense is more than the cost of the item, in most cases. Nowhere in their ad does it show where you have to return the item to if you aren’t satisfied.

I bought 2 in early December
I bought 2 in early December, one for me and one as a gift. It was promised for Christmas Eve, which made my heart sink. But they arrived exactly on time. The gift is beloved, and my husband is so enamored of it, that i ended up ordering more. These two arrived quickly. I'm very happy with them. It would help if the instructions weren't on the bottom of the plastic stand.

Bought the little palm lights was…
Bought the little palm lights was disappointed they ran on batteries. I thought they would be like the lights that are rechargeable.
