I purchased sunglasses for CHF 27 (SEK 300). The shipping cost was CHF 4. A few days later, I received an email from UPS stating that I had to pay CHF 52.80 in customs duties.
I contacted babymocs and UPS and politely asked them to correct the invoice, as they had mistakenly declared the value as CHF 300 instead of SEK 300.
In the meantime, my mother-in-law paid the requested amount in cash because the delivery driver said that the payment machine was not working.
Now we have received another request for payment. Despite the obvious mistake in the declared currency, the invoice has not been corrected. This error was not caused by us, yet we are being asked to pay again.
I do not know where exactly the mistake occurred, but as customers we have ended up paying for an error that was not ours, and no one seems willing to clarify or resolve the situation.
I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with how this matter is being handled.

Going through a bad phase now with UPS, if your service is bad just see what others are doing to slightly improve on it. Also get a website that´s fully functional, literally puts us out of options.

No communication, unprofessional staff at every level, and a mediocre delivery service.
Still waiting for a parcel to be delivered to germany, substantial custom fees, delivery driver failed to deliver to address - however stated several delivery attempts
Tracking details stated parcel had been left at a UPS access point today, after delivery attempt this morning (recipient at home!), another email now received that the parcel will Not be at the UPS access point and UPS will contact the recipient.
UPS are aware they can not contact the recipient as they have only the delivery address which they are shy of!, it's a surprise gift, and they clearly do not want to provide the sender with accurate courier details to unite the parcel with the intended recipient (WHICH IS NOT A UPS STAFF MEMBER).

Poor customer service. 36 emails received within a 2 day period, fake tracking/customer information, bounced around different UPS agents, none of which helpful.
Parcel sent to germany. over 36 emails received stating parcel is being processed and expected delivery date (monday).
Called UPS due to volume of emails, UPS call handler said UPS needed additional information and not aware of the details, provided me an email address to make contact.
Email sent to UPS customs on Thursday with one of the 36 emails received requesting english translation (english/german translation field within email did not show any issues or request for additional information in english).... currently no response.
Viewed tracking details today/Saturday on UPS website to learn the parcel has a $28.47 fee (Import Charges: Government Charges: €9.79, UPS Brokerage and Partner Government Agency Fees: €15.70, VAT: €2.98) value of item is $44.95!.
Called UPS and asked why this bill was not stated in an email, why is the email presenting as all is ok, and why the cost was so high?
UPS staff not able to provide an answer and advised to call UPS 0345 161 0010, called number, and they are closed over the weekend!
Called UPS customer service again, and said I want to raise a complaint, the lack of information, back and forth and lack of accessibility to the correct department is not acceptable.
Customer service said I can not raise a complaint to them, I had to send an email of complaint. I informed the agent that this tactic of causing additional barriers/time to raise a complaint about UPS services is not acceptable, therefore I will write a complaint of UPS UK on TrustPilot review.....

I am in the process of reclaiming UK import fees and require specific documentation from UPS (literally two import numbers). This should be a straightforward request, yet after over two months of back-and-forth, I still have not received the information needed.
I have contacted UPS multiple times through customer service and provided all requested details only to be met with delays, vague responses, or no response at all. Each interaction feels like starting from scratch, with no ownership taken and no resolution provided.
This delay is now directly preventing me from completing a legitimate refund process, costing me both time and money. For a company of this size, the lack of accountability and efficiency is unacceptable.
I am leaving this review in the hope that someone competent finally takes responsibility and resolves this matter promptly.

They are supposed to deliver me package from uggs - fisrst attempt was for Friday last week, shifted to Tuesday (not even Monday), and again no sucess. I dont understand what is so complicated with bringing goods from a to be for logistics company...

This company is so bad I m telling every do not trust this company for you're packages I've order car parts and the never even made it to my address they claim they delivered at my front door and I have over 6 cameras just on the out side of my property saying they didn't bring and package to my house now I have to fight for a refund or a replacement . So people try and use a different way to send you're packages this company needs to pay for the way they treat you're packages and treat a customer I plan on taking this company to court . UPS attempted delivery once and then delivered my package to an 'office' which is actually a clothes shop. I went to pick it up and the staff said they have no idea about any parcels, I asked her to check the back and she said no try again on Monday. I attempted a second time today and was told they do not have it and to wait for the manager. I paid £70 for shipping and UPS delivered it to a shop where staff are essentially withholding my package from me. Quite livid at the back and forth and lack of care and poor service of UPS when their job is to deliver parcels. Very careless and ridiculous

Worst experience ever! Overnighted a package on a Thursday to arrive on Friday since my daughter needed her passport for a Sunday flight. They delayed till Monday at 9pm. I’ve delivered packages all over the world and I’ve never had a problem with other courier services. This was a simple package from Atlanta to Jacksonville. I will never use UPS again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! horrible experience with no workarounds.

It is a shame Apple is chosing to work with this company. They have no customer service and their own collection points are closed and they still choose to deliver to a closed location and once the order cannot be delivered they will cancel your delivery and return the item.

What did not work? Just everything. Literally everything. Worst of all: After trying one week to reach a human to solve a trivial problem: I doubt there are any left. All I got were nonsense answers from mediocre AI tools. Cherry on the icecream: Finally I got notified that the parcel was delivered. Bad news: Not to me. A Vince in area code 1170 in Vienna received it. No other infos (contact details, adress); value of the shippment €700. Speechless. Just speechless.

Absolutely Horrendeous experience, drivers claiming "attempted delivery". Called UPS 10 minutes after notification regarding delivery, asked for a rescheduled delivery for the next day.
