After weeks of messaging back and forth I still didnt receive a return label or a refund. Yes, they will respond to your emails, but no, they will not give you your money back.

Terrible costumer service
The brushes are really good but the customer service is really lacking unfortunately. I made a big order on yuaia's own website and its been 3 working days and no package has arrived. They advertise on their website that it will be 1 to 3 working days deliver, they'll send the same if ordered in the morning, but all of these are false. I bought it for a gift (which now will be too late), complained that 3 days later the package has still not be shipped and the response was you can always return it if you pay extra 39 kr for postage. So be aware the false advertising! Just buy something else or buy from matas who have a great delivery partner.
