Great range of offers. Quality clothing brands. Home decor selection has some great deals on things not seen anywhere else before. Delivery via Evri can be hit & miss on occasions. Their customer service team have always been excellent and helpful answering questions very quickly.

I have ordered from ZL.UK for many years.Lately their customer service is non-existent.I ordered from them around 1 month ago,waited for some time and when to deliver the order,Evri messed it up.I contacted ZL and as always they sent you a scripted email,sorry.No compensation /voucher at all for your distress.They do not care.They even promised they will make sure it will not hapoen again.Guess what,I placed another order for the same items,they messed up the order again,Evri notified me they delivered it,but when I went to pick it up ,the shop manager told me the driver took the parcel back,with him. No updates, nothing.I contacted ZL asking to contact Evri and to deliver my parcel.I asked for compensation/discount voucher as I had to use my petrol and car just to check at the store.Again,ZL sent me a scripted email,sorry,we will make sure it will not happen again, no compensation offered.They lack of customer service 101,they basically tell you to f-off in a polite way.
I do not understand why they have a customer service department.

Have been shopping with Zalando Lounge for several years now and love the ease of their app. Great variety of brand names and have bought some fab clothes, footwear and some home items at discounted prices. If I have had any issues checking returns on the odd occasion their customer service has been very helpful and always received refunds timely. Would totally recommend if you love big brand labels and want to bag a bargain.

I have sent an email, got no response.
Tried calling them, their phones are off even knowing they say they should be on.
I called zolando instead, I was told the customer support for zolando launge is open and I was redirected only to be told by a robot to send an email.

Brilliant-I love shopping with Zalando Lounge. I’ve been their fan for a few years now. Fantastic brands and great customer services! I’ve seen some negative feedback about their delivery. The deliveries are just normal to a shopping club. Sometimes you’ll get your stuff sooner other times on the last day of the quoted delivery. Anyway before you purchase you know roughly when you’ll receive your items. Highly recommended💗

Terrible. I bought some glasses Balenciaga glasses for £ 72. The order came super fast to go so fast, I got, I returned the product because I thought the glasses are not good quality and it was very big for my face. I returned the package and did not return the money. I tried to recover my money with Paypal and did not return the money either. Since now they want the ticket. The ticket I do not have it because it was in October that I returned the package and I had not realized that they had not been admitted to me. When I was checking I see that they have not been admitted to me. I complained a little late because I saw it already in December. I never returned the money and did not answer me more than a message when I answered the message they told me that they could not see what I had written and filled. I did it by Paypal and I asked me the obvious ticket that I do not have someone who keeps a ticket for more than a month. One tries to do legal things and returns the package and then they are not so responsible to return your money. I feel scammed!!

Yet again Zalando let themselves and their customers down by using Hermes for delivery. Or none delivery, last time Hermes lied and said tried to deliver this time they damage the parcel and don’t even deliver.
Hence will never use Zalando again. Gave them one last try and let down again.

Would give zero if I could ordered 2 items in March they accepted the order then told me 2 week ago 1item was out of stock but they Said they had shipped the other. I still haven’t received the other item and they will not give a full refund even though I would have never ordered one item with that level of postage.
They have now had my money for well over a month and I have no items.
Customer service very unhelpful they treat every customer as if it’s their last DO NOT USE.
The WORST customer service ever!
Zalando provided the worst customer service I've ever received.
I ordered a shirt from their Hackett promotion on April 1st, as of today (28th April) their courier service, Hermes, are yet to receive it.
All I get from Zalando is excuses and platitudes about how they're supply chain works and that it may take another 10 days.
What is most annoying is there is no customer service number to ring, or at least none that they advertise online, and you NEVER get a reply from the same person twice.
Genuinely, it is pathetic. I'll never use them again.
