Extremely poor service

Extremely poor service, no contact from seller even after many messages, just a standard response, which seems to satisfy Etsy quick response time. Even when you do get an email from Etsy asking if they've solved your problem, if you press NO it throws a hissy and says there's a problem, try again later... but nothing changes. DO NOT USE!!!

Good Service

Good original product, prompt delivery. That said delivery charges were high and GBP to Can$ exchange rate was a shocker, bank rate was 1 to 1.85, I got 1.55. Hence the 3 stars.

Zalando Lounge Totally Incompetent

I don't think Zalando Lounge are totally incompetent, but matched with an Evri delivery service, they absolutely are... hopeless with no point of contact just bots, worse than useless. Anyone any ideas how to ban or boycott Evri, the world would be a better place without them👍

Batteries made to fail just out of warranty???

This smacks of built-in redundancy in the battery's control circuit. First battery (4.0AH) failed after just 12 months of use and two years of storage. A second battery (7.5AH) has failed after 3years and 3months of light use on a 80sqm flat lawn!!! The UK service centre no use whatsoever, a replacement would cost £349!!! It was explained to me that the battery was like paying for electricity up front, my reply was that I pay for the electricity when charging, the battery is storage!!! Also they do not repair or recycle (it would affect sales of new parts???) NOT VERY GREEN!!!
They do however send batteries replaced under warranty back to Germany for repair/refurbishment, as they are paid to do this.
Surprisingly bad company, part of Chevron Corp. would never buy from them again!!!
Prospective buyers, you have been warned!!!

Rotten Veg Sold in Obscured Packaging

Bought some Taste THE DIFFERENCE British Anya Potatoes this week from their store in Paignton. Difficult to know the condition of the product as there is now no Sell By Date and they cover the packaging with pictures and graphics to obscure any view of the product and yes at least 40% rotten, or unfit to eat, disgraceful service.

Unable to place order as I used a UK phone number???

Unable to place an order because the system didn't like my telephone number. No matter how many different formats used the system said NO! Also the New Sport Sunglasses just released, are $99, €99, or £99??? UK customers appear to be getting a very poor deal on exchange rates, will not be buying again until someone changes that policy.
Update
I did use Google Chrome and your system still doesn't like my phone number, so I cannot proceed to payment.
Also you have not answered why you charge the same in €, $ or £???

Chinese front for supposed OEM parts

Recently bought a small accessory for an Abarth Spider 124 from this company that specialises in Abarth aftermarket accessories. Extremely poor quality, very expensive delivery and extremely poor customer service. Even after explaining the issues with photographic evidence, they require the buyer to pay for returns of their Chinese tak.
Update: Just had a response to my review of TMC Motorsport, 18 months after it was posted... They "are sorry to hear of my bad experience... this isn't something we strive to offer our customers" ???
I rest my case.
The item was a small red cap for the on/off button, with a central appeture for the on/off light. If centred on the light it fouled on the button surround, if centred on the button surround, it covered part of the on/off light. It only needs to be a mm out when cut not to fit and look cheap, or is it Abarth's button, I doubt that. Either way it didn't fit and I lost out.

We were only made aware of this review recently as we had not used Trustpilot before, instead using the more commonly used Google reviews platform so I can only apologise for the delayed response. I can absolutely assure you that our company is not a front for as you say 'Chinese Tak' in fact 99% of what we sell is hand made by companies in Italy or comes from the car manufacturers themselves. Having bought one small item and making an overall judgment of our company is extremely unreasonable, we are a family company and if anyone reading this does some research on Google reviews and forums they will see that in fact we always go above and beyond to help our customers and offer advice and overall, our reviews are extremely positive. Sadly there are always cases where no matter what you do you cannot please someone, thankfully these cases are rare.

Rotten Grapes, No Sell By Date

Purchased a package of Red Grapes from Lidl. When opening them at home they were covered in mould, which had been hidden by the large label. At this point I also noticed there was no Sell By dated displayed?? Following a call to Lidl Customer Service I received an email requesting receipts, photographs etc. Two weeks later I received a letter stating they will take the issue up with their suppliers and if I take the letter t of on of their stores I will get a refund. I don't think so, as I will not be shopping at Lidl for some time to come.

The Holey Fire Bowl

Purchased a small Kadai Fire Bowl, expected dents, rust and repairs as part of it's character, but did not expect holes. The slightest pressure and you could easily push your finger through an area of thin metal where you can actually see through the perforations, not a good idea to have burning embers falling through your Fire Bowl. Scaramanga's solution; they would like me to pay £12 to return the product and a further £12 to send a replacement. I don't think so!

Shocking Customer Service

Still waiting over a week after ordering a Butane Gas cylinder. Received a txt a few days ago saying it would be delivered the following day, nothing... then another txt saying the day after, nothing... I've just called again and been told tomorrow... No apology, or keeping the customer informed, shocking customer service!!
Follow Up. The situation has now been resolved and was primarily due to a shortage of gas cylinders. Communications need to improve, hence the move to three stars.

No Spares Support!

Bought a Haibike in March, a Trekking 4 2021 Model, suffered some damage to the main Chain Wheel/Sprocket. The problem is there are no spares available as it's a new model! Responsible professional manufacturers would not sell a product that had no spares support. Avoid!

Old and poorly stored Christmas Tree

Bought a 'real' Christmas Tree that was wrapped and stored near the tills and the staff were unwilling for us to unwrap and view. When we got the tree home it obviously had issues, it had shed lot of needles when transported and when unwrapped even more needles came away. We cut 50mm off the bottom of the trunk and immediately put it into water and stored outside. More needles fell off in the following days. We contacted Aldi to explain the poor quality of their product. They asked us to return it to the store,
this was not possible as we were unable to rewrap the tree which would have filled our car with needles. Aldi's solution after much discussion was to send photographs and receipt in return for in-store vouchers. Very poor Customer Service!

Extremely Poor Service!

Painful, the delivery drivers invariably have little local knowledge, they take longer to deliver, then run out of time and go home when it gets dark??? The undelivered items are then taken back to the local depot the following day, which results in missing that days delivery and being several days late, even worse if it happens to be a weekend. AVOID.
