Customer support is not effective

I like some of the products that they advertise and wanted to make a purchase. They announce a 10% discount on the first sale which actually placed what I wanted to purchase within my expected budget. However, I can't get the website to apply the promo code. Initially the customer support was quick to reply but they were unable to fix the issue and now they're not even replying to my messages anymore.

Very disappointed

Very disappointed. I paid extra for express delivery and there was absolutely nothing express about it. Zero speed. Zero priority.

I emailed customer support four times and did not receive a single reply. Not even an automated response. Completely ignored.

They advertise 24 hour delivery, which is very misleading. Only after ordering do you realise the product is not even in your country. They operate under different domains like .pt, .de, .es, and .it, but the stock is clearly not local. Delivery then takes weeks, not days.

This feels dishonest and poorly managed. If you need something urgently, do not use this service. Paying for express is a waste of money, and customer support simply does not exist.

I will never use this service again and cannot recommend it to anyone.

Excellent online pet store with great variety

I ordered pet food and accessories from Zoomalia and was really happy with the overall experience. The website is easy to use, and there’s a huge range of products for different pets. Delivery to Australia was smooth, and everything arrived well packed. The quality of the items was excellent, especially considering the reasonable prices.

Very displeased

The bottle was open and leaked all other the packaging. Product was empty when it arrived and when I contacted them I received no response. Terrible shipping & aweful customer service

6 weeks of delivery is too much! My dog suffers

I’m waiting for the food for my dog more than a month!!! The delivery is awful. My dog suffers from pancreatitis now because of the delays. I ordered the food in advance, but didn’t expect it to be more than 6 weeks! 🤬 HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND. They know about the problem and for 2 weeks no change

Fantastic service, and easy to use website

Was so much easier than I expected and my delivery was earlier than the due date too. In the absence of AMAZON PORTUGAL this really is an excellent way to shop for items you may not always find in supermarkets. Thank you too for the English language option. Excellent service
