Fantastic customer service and great products. I emailed them on the day we had a problem - the delivery driver had just thrown their package over the fence into next door's garden. By the time our neighbours found it, their dog had eaten or buried most of the delivery!
I let JRPP know about this and what was missing. I got an immediate reply to say they wanted to make things right and would send replacements. 2 days later I received the new package - they had sent the entire order again, not just what had gone missing.
I couldn't be more impressed and bowled over by such excellent service. And our dog (and next door's!) love their camel wraps and kangaroo treats.
