Although up until a month ago I would…

Although up until a month ago I would have been singing Roborock's praises, my machine has recently broken and nobody or no one will help me repair it. So basically I spent nearly £1000 on a machine that only lasted two years. The after sales care is absolutely non existent and when I complained to Amazon (where I purchased from), they actually admitted the best thing to do is send it back a few weeks before warranty has expired. They will never check if it's broken because they don't actually have ANY repair centres in the UK so then you will receive a brand new machine!! Great for the consumer (now you know), but really stupid for the consumer!

Seller protected buyer not!!

Received shoes which were sold as immaculate but absolutely were not when I received them! I then have to pay the postage cost to send back to receive my refund so effectively I am out of pocket. You're forced to pay buyer protection when you buy anything and yet the buyer is not protected so it's basically a total con! Messaged vinted customer service twice and they reply saying its in their terms and conditions. Unbelievably poor customer service. I honestly wouldnt recommend, Ebay is a much better choice for me! Very disappointing vinted!!

outrageous customer service

What absolutely outrageous customer service Amazon now has. They have literally stolen £198.99 from me via a manual payment and now won't pay it back because it's not showing on their computer screen. I get the same response from all 13 Cs reps (including 4 managers) "oh how frustrating for you, we are so sorry but we have to escalate this to another team, they will get back to you within 24 hours" but 3 weeks later still nothing. I've never felt rage like it. I don't know what's happened tothis company, they were always so good but now they couldn't care less. Even with all the evidence in front of them they still won't sort it out.
A loyal customer for many many years means absolutely nothing to them. Thank god my bank will get the money back for me.

Do not use it's a scam!!

Paid £1.54 for ADHD test now it's taken over £30 in subscriptions without my knowledge. Do not be fooled. It's disgusting how they get away with it. Reported to my bank under fraud.

The customer service here is appalling

The customer service here is appalling. If you place an order no matter how large; if one of the items is out of stock, they literally won't send any of the order until it's in stock! Ive now been waiting for plants to arrive for 2 weeks and by the time I do get them, the majority of summer will be over! I definitely won't be renewing my membership here, it's really not worth the discount if you want to garden regularly!

Placed an order 2 weeks ago. Was given a delivery date of Friday 5th. Never arrived. Customer services kept promising me each day it would arrive the next day. No one knows whats going on and no one cares!! My complaints keep get escalated and no one phones back. Absolutely shocking customer services!!

I wouldn't even give 1 star if I could

I wouldn't even give 1 star if I could. Absolute cowboys and rip off merchants. Customer service is completely non existent. Phoned 5 times all promised a call back but with their arrogant attitude they could not care less. Ashley is literally a robot! Engineer was here 30 mins, found the leak and told us he would repair at no extra cost as was so simple. (Thankfully we have witnesses) We agreed for that reason (as my very competent husband could have done it himself) We then get billed £1074 and told the engineer shouldn't have said that so basically tough! Never have I received such poor customer service! The guys that work here are so rude it's actually unbelievable. When investigating further, I see on other sites reviews are terrible and so makes me think many of these good reviews are fake!!

Warning Do not use this company!

Absolutely shocking experience with Rebel Energy they are an absolute cowboy outfit. I used a comparison website to find me a better deal on my gas and electric and rates wete confirmed by them over the phone and I was asked if I was happy to switch. I was then called by rebel to say I would be switching on 31st December and at no point was any tariff or rates confirmed over the phone. I then was asked to download the app to input my meter readings which I had enormous difficulty doing but when I phoned their customer service they really weren't bothered at all. They tried to set up a direct debit of over £250 monthly which I didn't agree with and cancelled immediately. I then didn't receive a bill until 4th March for over £869 for two months! When I checked the tariff it was completely wrong and very high! It was apparently their standard variable penguin tariff which they'd put me on. I phoned their customer services and was told that Rebel had no information on what id agreed woth the comparison website and had no contact details for them. So basically they had gained all my personal information from this company but couldnt care less about the rate id agreed or the terms. I phoned another 2 times and finally on the 3rd attempt I was told that I wasn't the only person this had happened to and they were investigating it. I have been advised by citizens advice to ask for a subject access request which I did over a week ago and I've heard nothing back! I believe Ofgem will be getting involved in this shortly. I wanted to put this review to warn people of this scam and to not move over to Rebel until they have put their tariff in writing.

Seriously appalling customer service

Seriously appalling customer service. I have a Bagotte 600 and clearly it needs a new battery however every one their customer support tell me to get doesn't work so effectively it is now unusable. The customer services do not care one bit, they just keep asking me to send a video of the problem and now they won't even bother replying. Do not waste your money on these Hoover's as you cannot replace the battery once expired. Waste of money!!

I have aways trusted mazuma in the past…

I have aways trusted mazuma in the past but this time when I sent my iPhone 5se back I had a bad experience. The phone was in good nick and they offered me £50 for it which I thought was fair but when they received it they said it had a yellow tinge to the screen and was only worth £15. I had never noticed a yellow tinge and it was certainly worth more than £15! Not happy with their service at all!

Shocking Company

Shocking Company - Beware!
My father passed away last year and up until we received probate we were unable to access my fathers bank accounts. Since October we started receiving letters from Fleur Telecom saying there was a late payment on the account but no mention that we were getting charged because of this. We paid all the invoices that came through on a monthly basis but was surprised that the bills were so high!.
In February I phoned Fleur to ask them why we had not received any invoices and the answer was that it was paperless billing. Obviously we were unaware of this as did not have access to my dads email. I asked Fleur due to the circumstances could the late payments be removed as we were completely unware and had zero contact from them to say this but they could not care less. They care more about making money than customer service it seems. Would definitely NOT recommend!!

Read Returns policy first. Shocking customer service!!

I recently have spent over £300 on clothes at SilkFred and unfortunately need to return 2 items. I was appalled to find out that there are not free returns and that I have to pay signed for delivery to confirm that they have received the packages back before I get my refund. Maybe I was a bit naïve thinking that this was an automatic given like most online clothing retailers. For this reason I will not be using SilkFred again even though I found the quality of clothing very good.
Update: I've reduced my review down to two stars as 3 weeks after returning my 2 items I've only been credited back for one! Have chased twice to just be ignored. Absolute shambles of a company!!

I honestly can not fault Vax in any way. After having difficulty with a part of my machine Vax sent me a replacement no questions asked. I received the spare part within a matter of days. Fantastic service thank you Vax
