We recently upgraded our Harvey’s water softener as our previous one was over ten years old, but had been very reliable. Our engineer, Rhys Couldrey, was polite, friendly and professional. As well as fitting the water softener, he helped me to link it to my phone and set up the app. He was very helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend Harvey’s.

No difficulty in uploading the prescription or receiving the order. Care taken.

The blouse was not quite what I wanted so I returned it without any difficulty and there was a quick acknowledgment and refund.

We have had a beautiful glass coffee table for over 5 years and one of the tyres on the wheel snapped. I contacted the original supplier, who were unable to help. I searched for other companies who dealt with the manufacturer and found FCI, so called them. I spoke to Izhar Syed, who was brilliant. He located and sent me replacement tyres, whilst keeping me informed. Wonderful customer service. It is so good to find someone who goes the extra mile.

I am always pleased with my Photobox book but I found it longer and trickier to complete on this occasion. This was mostly because you are now unable to lift and move photographs, but have to move a whole page, which is a pain. Also some of my writing was off the bottom of the page, although I did not see that in the preview. When you telephone for assistance, the staff are always very helpful and pleasant.
