Delivery doesn’t just mean drop off

Our delivery of salt just arrived and what a great experience. Would happily have Wayne deliver every time. Easy to deal with, polite, engaged with existing customer and actually cared about their experiences to date. Highly recommended and would certainly buy a new one when we moved.

To print or not to print

Brilliant all round. Great price for the printer I was looking to buy. Expert guidance and information. Great that it was easy to confirm item as in stock and available, having been let down by another retailer.

Aftercare support excellent as well. Helpful info on how and where to register for warranty. Can’t fault the service or attention to detail.

So simple and easy to use for both buying and selling on Vinted. The whole process is intuitive, straightforward and does what it says on the tin. Well thought out in its delivery and design.

Easy to use service with plenty of…

Easy to use service with plenty of stock available. Fast shipping and lots of delivery options. Also different payment options.

Fraser Plus sometimes has extra deals, such as money off items if you use it to pay. A good feature and again easy to use.

Gozney delivers again

Gozney delivers again. Recently upgraded my Roccbox to an ARC xl, so needed to upgrade the cover to fit. Easy to use service, website works well and shows clearly in stock and available items.

Bought a couple of other items to match as a limited edition version. All great quality and just what was needed.

Life gets in the way.

Always a challenge to come to terms with the body starting to need help. So from a pride perspective not an easy one to admit that your hearing is going before 50. However, the right call to seek help.

I found the whole experience relaxing and professional. There is no set agenda, the advice was impartial and based on the level of hearing loss and lifestyle requirements. So my audiologist took all of this into consideration making the recommendation.

Highest level of customer care and professionalism shown throughout.

All requirements were catered for and even when I needed a replacement set, this was dealt with quickly and professionally.

Yodel have continued to deliver an excellent service in recent times. I don’t know what the change has been, but keep it going. What used to be an awful delivery experience is now significantly improved and now the bar is set, you need to maintain this.

Always a concern when a premium…

Always a concern when a premium business brand gets bought out by one that’s more cost driven. However, very pleased with my last purchase from HOF. Whilst the emails, website and stock coverage are starting to feel like a trading outpost for Sports Direct, the service isn’t.

Items purchased are great all round. Arrived well packaged with great communication all round about the split delivery and timings. All items looked to have been checked over, as none had any issues or warehouse damage. Can’t fault it.

This is simpler than a Rubik’s cube

I found Crowdcube to be a simple yet informative process to investing in start ups. Much more varied than any EIS or VCT investment I’d made before.

Enjoyed the beauty parade of firms and the ability to support those I found the strongest connection with to my own well-being goals.

Home run

Really pleased with my first delivery using ao. You succeeded where Currys failed the week before in delivering the same unit.

I was kept well informed of the progress of my order and this continued throughout the day of delivery. So I can't fault the service and order updates i received.

The two delivery men were polite, followed instructions and were really careful not to damage any paintwork or doorways, in bringing the item into the house. Attention to detail was key and they were on the money.

Nice series of competitions, still a bit sceptical as to whether this is a real set of competitions or another scam set of comps. Hopefully all good and in the process doing some good for GOSH.

Omaze, would suggest you find ways of boosting the public appeal about your proposition and purpose. Lots of negative feedback and experiences on social media.

Transfers a go go

I started using HL earlier this year for an asset consolidation exercise and to boost savings for both me and the children.

So far, with new money going in, I can’t fault HL and simplicity of their app. Dealing is a breeze and keeping up to date with investment progress/ performance.

However, I have not experienced the same when it comes to transfers. My son’s JISA has taken more time than it should. Coming up for 2 months and no funds showing in the HL account. I have had to chase this and get involved with the existing provider and also HL.

Customer services give you mixed responses and some are better than others in relation to transfers. In the most recent call I was told that HL didn’t have the funds, when actually they were sat with the completion team. A lot of unnecessary backwards and forwards calls that should be taken care of by Origo standards.

SIPP transfer was a bit better, but still had to get involved and find out what the blockers were. HL progress updates were not helpful and quite vague.

Once the money was with HL, I would have expected a notification, but didn’t receive one.

So there is room for improvement on the transfer side HL. I will be looking at my next stage consolidation later in the year. So hopefully improvements can be made to your messaging and update services.

Brands but not all.

Usually a great all round experience with Brandalley. Not quite the case this time.

Ordered a particular item that was listed and got sent something completely different. Contacted customer services who were great and they arranged for me to be sent what I ordered.

Sadly same issue. Wrong PKU code for the item and it didn’t appear to exist. Shame, really wanted that one for going back to work.
