Sylvia was absolutely excellent

Sylvia was absolutely excellent. Very clear, well spoken, polite and efficient. Understood the problem with the cooker and dealt with the booking in of the repair very well. This was the first time I've made a claim and I'm very impressed. I'm so glad I've to all my appliances covered now.

Absolutely excellent job from Efficient Loft Insulation. From the very beginning to the very end. They answer the phone promptly every time, turn up when they say they will, give you an estimate within a few hours, fit you in to their busy schedule if you need a job doing quickly and then finally do a really excellent job of the insulation and leave no mess. Highly recommend them, and it was a good price too.

Excellent service in Bury store

I mistakenly bought the wrong food online for my fussy cats. There was just one word different on the can from the one they like and I bought £55 worth of it. So after it arrived yesterday I took it all down to the store in Bury not really believing they would be willing to exchange it for me, but the store manager Alex was so lovely. He didn’t hesitate to agree to swap it for the food I meant to buy. He even went into my online account for me and changed my ‘easy repeat’ order to the right food, so it won’t happen again. Lovely boy and so very efficient. Refreshing to find that these days.

I’m can’t believe it

I can’t believe it, but these CBD patches are actually working. I’ve tried absolutely everything to help me sleep including tablets from the doctor and nothing has ever worked. But after the first time I tried one I thought, wow, I slept really well last night, maybe it was that patch. Then the second night I thought, maybe those patches actually do work, and now I put one on an hour before bedtime and it’s still working. I’ve had three consecutive nights of sweet, deep sleep. That hasn’t happened to me for many years. This will be life transforming if it continues.

Excellent service

within minutes of clicking some requests for a valuation I was called by IJ Agbanyim to see if I was getting the correct response from the agents I had chosen. She is so efficient that the agents hadn't even received my requests because it was out of hours! If the service continues to be so very efficient, I will be very pleased indeed!
