Greedy Just Giving should be renamed Just Taking!

Agree with everything so many people have said here about Just Giving – they con people into giving them a hefty "tip" on the sly. By taking an extra slice of everything people donate through their site every day they are no doubt richer than all the charities they were set up to support!

Five stars is not enough

Five stars is not enough! Simpson Travel stand a mile above any other travel firm I've dealt with in terms of customer care. When my partner was taken ill on our holiday in Corfu and spent ten nights in hospital, I would have been utterly lost without the care and support I received from the word go from our concierge Ruth at the Bella Mare and her colleague Anna. They were just brilliant and I can't thank them enough. Their properties are fabulous too.

Such a rip-off!

This site is such a rip-off!! Discovered after booking seats for Cinderella that I'd been charged 25 PERCENT more per ticket than I would have paid buying tickets on the theatre's own site. When I contacted London Theatre Direct they said this is their normal practice. So if you don't want to be ripped off big time, buy elsewhere!

We are sorry to hear that you were not satisfied. As a ticketing agent we do sometimes charge a booking fee. The selling price of our tickets, including booking fees, are clearly labelled on our website.
We often sell tickets at or even below face value, but unfortunately can not offer these deals for all shows especially at peak performances or performances that are nearly sold out.

OK rather than brilliant

Came away a bit disappointed from Monkey World. I've no doubt they do a brilliant job for their rescued primates, all of whom are housed in huge enclosures with plenty of things to do, but felt the visitor experience lacked any real Wow. No staff anywhere to answer questions or give directions and woefully inadequate signage – we struggled to find the way out. We also waited with several dozen people for a chimpanzee talk that never happened (no staff member turned up) and found practically everything on the menu unavailable at the woodland cafe. Given the huge size of the park, surely they could add some kind of arena where live talks are held with the keepers and where you can hear some of the rescue stories at first hand, watch videos and hear a few anecdotes about some of the characters who live there, to engage more as a visitor?

Beyond Bad

How on earth does Trustpilot calculate that 89% of customers say Sofology is excellent? Every review I've looked at here, almost without exception, slates Sofology as being pretty execrable and gives them only one star. And I have to second that. Sofology are Beyond Bad. Very snappy at taking your money and then don't give a proverbial. The delivery date I was given for my sofas has come and gone without any word from them, so I have no idea if or when it will turn up. Their laughable My Sofology site, where you can supposedly track your order, is completely out of date. No one wants to know at customer service – they just cut me off each time I finally got to the front of the phone queue and asked for an update. They trumpet that you'll get a reply from their web chat link within a few minutes, but I've been waiting days. And they don't reply to emails. Whaaaat?? Never again!! Some of the tales on this site just make your hair curl.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. This bunch of charlatans are just a joke. Good to see that TrustPilot is finally starting to weed out some of the fake glowing reviews from so-called customers. I ordered two dresses seven weeks ago, both of which continue to be advertised on their site with "Ship in 24 hours". This is complete nonsense, and they clearly don't hold any stocks. They claim to have sent one item five weeks ago but their tracking link is rubbish and shows that this hasn't even reached the UK. God knows if or when it will ever turn up, and despite chasing several times I am just told to keep waiting and No, I can't have a refund... Enough said. Never again!

Size matters!

To be honest this bed was too small for my sister in law (5 ft 10) to sleep in. Anyone over 6 ft would find it quite impossible. we eventually put my 9 year old nephew on it and he slept ok. straightforward to assemble but the bed does make horrible squishy noises every time you move. Mattressman were good suppliers and the damaged pump was promptly replaced within 24 hours.

The guest bed that you have purchased is 6'3 to 6'4 in length so I am unsure why someone that is 5'10 may have a problem sleeping comfortably on this guest bed. Glad to hear that your nephew found the bed more suitable.

Thnak you for you patience in waiting for the new pump to arrive. Damages can unfortunately happen, which we will aim to rectify as soon as possible. My apologise for any inconvenience that this may of caused to you.
