It was very easy to book we were going to do it on line but then decided to use two credit cards for payment but Carmen was efficient and the holiday was quickly confirmed.

I have already emailed customer services stating that your service has gone down in my estimation. If I fill in a request on your web site I expect to get a call back so we can book it but it didn't work for me. After complaining Callum contacted me and eventually we booked a cruise and he was very quick and organised.

Great service and the book produced was extremely good quality. The software to produce the book could use a little updating ,it is easy to use but it could be even more intuitive.

delivered as promised and well packed but did not work on arrival and the process was very slow to even begin to things moving ,solving a customers problem seems unimportant . These days I would expect the company to want to see the goods as soon as possible to try and resolve the issue but it took a week before I was asked to return the faulty goods. CEX is definitely not another Amazon for customer support.

It was a very simple process to sell an old phone and having a good idea of thee price up front.

Ordering was easy and communication was good but slightly let down by the carrier they use.

PA surveyors were easy to contact and liaise with. Initially very impressed with the number of photographs taken but a lot of them had no reference to in the report and so until we move into the property and can compare with where they were taken we do not know why they were taken. The report was fairly thorough and fortunately not uncovering anything to serious.
