Appalling Systems and Communication

Appalling Systems and Communication. This claim relates building surveying currently been undertaken by Davies on behalf of my insurer. There is clearly systematic problems with this company - who use contractors and don’t make them accountable. After constantly chasing up loss adjusters, they simply ignore and lie. I have no choice to work with these but if you, choose someone else.

Disorganised chaos from start to…

Disorganised chaos from start to finish. Old fashioned processes, calls at 3am, literally 2-3 weeks ‘to respond’. I am surprised that in 2025, an example of customer service so poor still exists without the parent company addressing it. It is clearly obvious from reading reviews more generally that the inefficiencies are deep rooted.

Do not use

Do not use.
Items come from china and it’s not clear this is the case. They sent the wrong size and I was quizzed and had to prove evidence. They refused the error, stating I had to return to china and pay for shipping. Simple advice- it’s very very risky buying on here.

Warranty Small Print. Despite advertising a lifetime warranty, 10 year warranty - Antler don't want to know if you have not bought the product from a registered reseller or themselves - despite the product being genuine Antler.

Hi Steven - the reason is that its not possible for us to establish if the item falls within the warranty period or if it was purcased in a used state with existing damage. It is for this reason that sites like ebay or Gumtree and other marketplaces are not covered as an original proof of purchase is not available.

Ok / Average Travel Option to Andorra

Immaculate and clean coach with leather seats and plenty of under carriage storage for large suitcases. The drivers are polite and the bus stops are easy to find. Our bus arrived exactly on time. A stress free option travelling to Andorra and back to Barcelona.

They should consider a seating plan as it is tricky to seat a family together when people occupy seats sporadically. The seats are small and the leg space is very poor. I am 180cm and if someone reclines their seat in front, you need to move your legs to a side. The over head storage is small, it is impossible to get a small back in which is nearly full.

Cancelled order after 30 days

Cancelled order after 30 days. I waited and waited for delivery which showed as pending. In the end I managed to contact them and they said 'there was a problem'. They offered a refund, but would not send another pair despite being available, but now back to original prices after black friday sale. Poor.

Good, until you have a problem

I opened an account 3 weeks ago and everything was going great. The app is easy to use and it all made sense. However, after depositing money as usually, they placed a hold, froze my money and not I am just unable to get through to anyone to get the money back after 1 week. I’ve contacted customer services 3 times - no response. I’m starting to wonder if these are a genuine outfit properly regulated…

Amazing SUP

Buying a well priced SUP is a mine field. I randomly (and luckily) came across these when searching. I bought two ‘SUP’s in confidence that their claim of ‘as good as a £500 board’ was accurate. I can say that I’m impressed! I pumped it to 15psi, absolutely no flex with me and my two kids on board (75kg + 30kg + 35kg = 140kg). They look absolutely brilliant too!

Carefully Constructed Subscription Trap

The 'free trial' feels like it's been created to catch as many people out as possible. Firstly, it costs £1 for 3 months. It's impossible to cancel online, you need to phone but be prepared for long waits. I did cancel, and then noticed before the renewal date on the app, that not was still active. I contacted then to cancel, again, and after waiting for a huge amount of time, they cancelled. Two days later they took payment for the new subscription. I then contact then for a refund and they declined, as their T&C's state you must cancel 48 hours before the renewal date. For a technology company, I have NEVER heard of this before. They were extremely rude, all agents I spoke to (three) were clearly briefed on how to focus on the T&C's. Is very old school sales, not customer focussed.

On the matter of the content, it is 'ok'. However, in comparison to BBC and iNews - its not worth it.

Didn’t want to know when a problem emerged

Quick delivery, but arrived with gearing issues to the point where the front system has fallen off completely. Contacted and was told to go to a local bike store and get it serviced. This isn’t a servicing issue, it’s highly likely a poor assembly. Parts damaged in the process.

As the rule goes, buy from your local bike store!
