I use the app and website regularly now. Very good value and an excellent range on all sorts of clothing and footwear.

Appalling service, it’s a scam basically. Took £39.99 when I specifically told them not to on email before the trial period ended. This after offering me a discounted rate which they didn’t apply. Subsequently 4 unanswered emails so far to get my money back. Their offer of being at your disposal thru customer service email address is a lie. Find alternative service, this lot are an absolute joke.

I have booked my last 4 mini breaks in Cornwall with Hoseasons. It is reasonable value, not cheap but the accommodation I choose meets/exceeds my requirements and so happy to pay a bit more. The website is good to use, not perfect but gets me to the right place reasonably easily. I will book again.

Timely delivery and very friendly driver

Renewal price was competitive and the only real reason i renewed for another year. Their claims process isn't very good and had to go thru the ombudsman to make them pay (after 6 months) for a reasonable claim & after very careful reading of the policy wording. Although they then did pay compensation for poor service.

There was a bit of a wait when arriving on a sat morning for tyres ordered online. However the staff were helpful, kept me informed and sorted the new tyres as quickly as possible. Will use them again.

The picture is great but unfortunately the staples used to fix the cardboard protective packaging on the corners were not correctly placed and damage/marked the outside of the frame. I considered sending the picture back but because of the size and the overall packaging difficult to put back on and secure I decided to fix the damage. It looks fine now but you don't expect to have restore the frame as soon as you receive the picture!

Really good Customer Service. Problems with originally purchased and subsequently replaced Dishwasher which was then replaced with a better model & fitted within 72 hours.

Very competitive quote and easy to set up. They did make an error on the policy schedule with the wrong excess I was quoted but they immediately rectified when brought to their attention. Good service and no complaints at all.

I have never bought wallpaper before and found this company to have an excellent choice with good images and descriptions. Seemed to be good value in comparison to B&Q, Homebase etc. Very happy with my purchase.

Excellent service from Neil, the local agent. Hillary's are not the cheapest but the product and service is excellent. Neil even properly cleaned up after himself!
