I try to invest in people.... and I have been really impressed with the entire team at Unicoin, from the very top right the way through.... the communication has been excellent and transparency is clearly a key value of the business..... there have been plenty of challenges on the journey so far, but I would rather be informed honestly as to the situation.... and how the team is addressing whatever the obstacle is.... and that always happens.
I am an early investor and consequently have had many interactions with the Investor Relations team.... I would like to call the entire team out here for the helpful, friendly and approachable style.... they have 'smoothed the path' on many occasions, thanks guys!

Having never done a house swap before we decided to give it a try this year, given that we had already decided to stay in the UK.
We found a classic swap within a few days in an area that we were keen to visit and the whole thing came together extremely well!
The house we swapped to was in an ideal location and was of an excellent standard, really well looked after.
Everything was really straightforward when we were on holiday and we had a lovely time…. And we returned without drama!
A really positive and enjoyable experience that we would happily repeat!

Great customer service from Diarmuid from start to finish. He explained the whole process, patiently answered all my questions demonstrating his undoubted knowledge of the industry.
Asked questions to check my understanding, made it all simple to follow... and it actually all happened just as he described... I couldn’t ask for more than that and I know it is the start of a long and hopefully fruitful relationship

I ordered bike on line on the 8th of December and was given a collection time from the Kingston Park store in Newcastle of the 9th of December after 4pm... very good I thought! Later that evening I received a call on my mobile which was from a stressed young lady who wasn't very apologetic informing me that this wasn't possible and offered another date... The next available was after4pm on the 23rd of December!!! I had to change my plans to collect it as I was off down to Yorkshire for Xmas... I arrived at 5.30 to be told the bike wouldn't be ready for at least another hour... I couldn't wait because I had an engagement to make and hence the bike wasn't there on Xmas morning... A poor experience all round!!
