Switching to this bank went wrong - activation code

Switching to this bank, the system says that the activation code received via the post is not correct.

Then I click reset password just in case, it says no you need to reregister for online banking because you never logged in.

OK fine, i go to reregister, it says no you are already registered, you can't reregister.

So im stuck, no access to banking now.

Horrible - Youtube please leave these jokers

My God, the website is horrible! Nothing works! I'm monetised in youtube and I can't for the life of me, figure out what it is they want from me to confirm my company's tax certificate. They reject it without providing a reason. Also their website is messed up, the links work well.

Bad image to IKEA

This company works with IKEA and gives them such a bad image.

Completely unorganised and unprofessional.

- My IKEA delivery went to a different place. In an appartment block, rather than my house!

- When collecting items for return, the driver didn't know what he had to collect.

- Came back in few weeks after chasing, collected but didnt provide any receipt

- Came again on 3 seperate occasions requesting to take again the same stuff that were already collected

Quite reliable and it is easy to use the auto top up feature where if balance falls under £3 it topup automatically and sends you email.
Recommended.

No delivery, extra charges

Was waiting for the delivery at home and found a letter at the door saying that .... I was not at home?!

Hence the items were not delivered.

Now this company wants £30 to redeliver them.

No thanks, I cancelled the order and won't be trusting them or using them ever again.

Paid but no appointment availability - refunded quickly

Paid for 2 tests and then it informs me that i have to book a video appointment to do the test.

There is no appointment for the next 2-3 days so not possible to do it before my flight.

However after calling them they refunded quickly.

I suggest requiring the customer to first book the video appointment, and then pay. Rather than pay first and then check for appointment availability.

the results are not reliable

Good idea but the results are not reliable. It shows available slots, but there are none actually at the supermarket's website.

I refresh both websites and still shows same thing. On shoppingslot there is available slots, but not on the supermarket's website.

The email notifications do not actually say which supermarket has slots, so you need to either check all of them or go back to website and perform the search. However the website sometimes is too slow or doesn't load.

ive recently signed up with an isa account.
i can't buy anything or fund the account, it constantly throws errors.
how is it possible their website is so horrible?

Awesome app

Awesome app, it saved me a ton of money on exchange fees.
Definitely recommended.
They have just only recently started as a company but have all sort of cutting edge technology.
Block and unblock your card using the app.
Convert to different ccy instantly.
Really clever bot handles queries instantly.
Shows transactions on your phone, notifications popup.

The only slight issue i found is that the human staff that deal with the queries are not usually very knowledgeable or patient but hopefully that will be improved.

even though on paper the deal seem …

even though on paper the deal seem profitable, the profits are reduced by their daily maintenance fees which is very likely to make the contract non-profitable and therefore early terminate it , way before the 1 year expected length. you dont even get half your money back unless you have tons of referrals like the big youtubers have.
