Awful customer service from Magie

I am extremely disappointed with Wonderskin’s customer service and how misleading this whole experience has been. I wish I had read these reviews first. There goes my £40. And checking all these reviews then they are making quite a bit of money on lies and deception.

After being very unhappy with two products I purchased, I contacted customer support in good faith. Magie from the team responded and explicitly told me to send the products back for a refund. I followed their instructions exactly, returned the items, and have photo proof and a tracking number confirming delivery.

Once the products were received, Magie completely stopped responding. I have since contacted the wider customer support team multiple times and not a single email has been answered.

This is incredibly unprofessional, especially from such a large, well-known company. Promising a refund, asking a customer to return products, and then going silent once they’re received is deceptive and unacceptable.

On top of this, the products themselves did not live up to the claims made in their advertising, which I now find misleading.

I would strongly advise people to stay clear of this company. If Wonderskin agrees to a refund, they should honour it — customers should not be ignored once they have done exactly what was asked by them.

Hubby had a sports massage and to help…

Hubby had a sports massage and to help alleviate migraines. He had a 90 min massage. He will be pleased to find the benefits in a few days. He had a lot of tension in his muscles that needed sorted and this was done very professionally. Neo is very good at what she does, he will book again soon. Many thanks from Oliver

I recently had a buccal massage with…

I recently had a buccal massage with Neo and it was an incredibly therapeutic experience. I’ll be honest — it was slightly painful at times — but in a good way, the kind of pain that you can tell is actually doing something beneficial. And I felt really nice afterwards. Neo clearly has a deep understanding of the facial and jaw muscles, and she works with real knowledge and intention rather than just technique.

Afterwards, I felt relaxed, lighter, and genuinely better in my face and jaw — the release was immediate. You can completely trust Neo’s experience and expertise, she knows exactly what she’s doing and makes you feel safe and confident throughout. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for real therapeutic results, not just a surface-level facial.
I recommend her services. Very nice experience and very therapeutic.

Alice is 9 years old and has been enjoying her maths lessons with NLG and tutor Emily Browne for a long time now and she absolutely loves them. Her confidence has grown and she has fun while learning. Emily makes Alice’s lessons interesting and engaging. Emily is a fantastic tutor.

I recently received a parcel that was…

(With update days later) I recently received a parcel that was wrapped in Yodel-branded packaging and tape. Unfortunately, the tape was stuck directly onto one of the items inside, making it impossible to remove without causing damage. The item was a gift for my niece, and it is now ruined.

I’m very disappointed that the packaging allowed this to happen. Using tape in a way that touches the items inside is completely unacceptable and has caused unnecessary inconvenience and disappointment. Rethink your packaging solutions and train your staff.
UPDATE: I have since contacted Yodel as per Yodels response to this review and I must say they are absolutely useless when it comes to customer handling and support. Waste of anyone’s time when you provide all information and then they come back to say they will update their internal processes etc. Complete waste of time. Never again. Why ask customers to respond back to the review when they do nothing to compensate at then end.

Shopping in store has always been a…

Shopping in store has always been a lovely experience but not shopping online. Items arrived in a damaged and pierced box full of brown paper. Yes I’m all for recycling but as these were gifts the initial presentation element was poor.
The products are good in many ways but you have to be selective. Patterns are unique and the style of most products is second to none.
Customer services online are not the best. Store staff are excellent.

Not very good Customer support

Had to deal with them when the parcel I sent to Greece got lost by DPD. It was a nightmare to get them to help with this.No one was supportive. They offered a sorry and my money back yes. But in all honesty my parents didn’t receive my Xmas presents and that hurt the most.i know it was a personal thing. Never again sorry.

Lovely quality meat and fantastic customer service when thinngs go well and bad

I have ordered meat from this company three times now. I am very picky when it comes to food and quality of meat. I also like to receive good service and the Great British Meat Company tick all boxes when it comes to the criteria I want.
One of the orders went wrong, it got lost and I had some disappointed guests to feed the weekend the meat was suppose to arrive. Nevertheless the customer support I received was second to none. The team were very nice about tit and professional. My other orders went through with success. The meat is outstanding quality and is cut well at a great price. We are what we eat, eating well is important and eating good quality meat is both beneficial to our health, our longevity and of course our tats buds. In every way it brings happiness. And to top this up with a good customer service ethos, well you have a winner here. May I also add the great financial savings. No compromise here. They succeed over the cheapest selling products in Aldi and you get even more, you get quality. You also know the meat is British( yes the logo gives its away) You get the information about the meat on a label on the packet. Great stuff.So, I will be coming back to try more products the Great British Meat company has to offer.

Mezoo UK is a scam and Groupon won't help

I've always been tought by my parents if something sounds to good to be true the chances are it is.
I've bought numerous things with Groupon but I find it hard to contact them when I have an issue. Looking to decorate by house I saw Mezoo UK offering a personalised canvas frame from £65 to £5 with standard £1.99 delivery. You go through the options and you select what the voucher entitles you to do and then checkout. I waited 2 weeks and the parcel arrived. Not only was it the wrong canvas, it was marked with something only your nose would produce. Discusting indeed. So I contacted Mezoo UK twice. No answer. By the way they don't have a tel either, you need to send them a message and they claim to be in contact with you within 48 hours. So 126 hours later no response. Groupon then told me via email that I should contact the seller again and arrange to send the canvas back. Why should I do this when Mezoo won't respond in the first place. The canvas I received is very bad quality. It's not worth even a £5. But imagine if they dos the same thing to 500 people! They would be rolling it in.
So basically be careful with what you buy online despite the fact there's a law that protects consumers when they buy things on line but most of you would say, oh it's only a £5 but this is what some people make in 1 hour. According to minimum wage which ok is roughly £6 but anyway why should I not want it back?
Overall bad communication from Groupon and as for Mezoo UK, a scam company indeed.

Review of Edinburgh Airport Official Parking

Parked near terminal, easy booking service

This is the second time I have used the car park at edinburgh airport and can't really fault it. I usually park in the long stay car park but I received an email with an offer to park near the terminal and I saved around £100. My journey away was for 2,5 weeks and I paid £45 through an email I sunscribed via edinburgh website. Do register your email to get good discount codes sent to you. I always find the airport signing easy to follow and the staff at the gate very helpful and polite if you happen to get lost. Overall good service and a pleasant experience too.
