I love the style of Zara’s boys clothes, but I can’t understand their sizing, the kids clothes are absolutely massive! He’s 9 and needs aged 7 to fit. This has always been the case with their kids clothes, I’m not sure why they oversize so much.

I am so disappointed with my call with Adrian Flux this afternoon.
I cancelled my auto renewal a few months back then received renewal price in writing for £376.18. I changed cars yesterday so I thought I'd call for an updated renewal price with the new car. I was first asked if I had quotes elsewhere (obviously to see how much they could get away with charging me) and then given a quote of £1100!! I asked why it was so much more than my renewal price, the lady said it was obviously wrong and that it should had been around £1100. It seems that the renewal price was just to get my attention, its lucky I never accepted it.
She then had the cheek to try and sell me insurance for my home and everything else.
Terrible customer service.

I've been using lilash on and off for a few years and can quite honestly say this is by far the best product I have ever used.
It is expensive! Shipping to the UK is 2 weeks if you choose not to pay for £25 fast track service.
They claim its 30 days for this product to work but for me it takes 2 months for optimum results. If you're patient and consistent,you will be amazed at how effective this product is.

The new chat on their app is shocking. I've attempted to get an update on my missing order countless times but the chat keeps ending by the agents before resolution. You need a better chatting platform or go back to emails.

This company advertises genuine stones but are in fact selling "stones" made of resin. Its a con. They are based in China, not Argentina as advertised.
I raised a complaint about the fake products which they never denied, just offered 20% discount. Currently going through my bank for a refund.

The service itself was very good, quick delivery with tracking information. However, the Hampton corner sofa itself was a huge disappointment. The light grey is a lot darker in person and it is possibly the most uncomfortable sofa I have ever sat on in my life. The fabric is rough and the cushions are very firm. I'm reviewing on here as they don't allow you to review products on their website.

Terrible! Try and find a telephone number on their website, impossible. I have emailed them about my refund but I have still not had a reply. This is a poorly run company. You know straight away how the customer service is going to be when they make it hard to contact them. How is the owner so successful? He has no morals. I feel for the staff as much as i do for us customers, it can't be easy working for a company like this one.

2* for the store in Lakeside, Essex, UK. A total different and disappointing experience. The staff show no interest in helping you, its like you've asked for a kidney when requesting to be sized.

If they feel your requests aren't realistic, they will sit you down and explain this to you and help you come up with an alternative option. They won't let you walk out of there unhappy.

Love the clothes, hate the service. The staff show no interest in helping you, they just fob you off.
Ordered for next day delivery on Friday. They have taken payment which has cleared my bank account and I have received an order confirmation by email. They have still not delivered my items and when I contacted them Saturday they said there is an issue and I will get an update within 24 hours with no explanation of whats going on. I am still waiting for an update.
Update: They are now asking for payment claiming my payment never went through. I told them that payment had cleared my account, so the adviser then said someone will update me within 24hrs. I requested the manager to call me to explain what on earth is going on.
Update: They have now cancelled my order but still have my money. Forget asking for help as no one ever calls you back, they just send a system generated email thats no help whatso ever. WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!
Oh and if you chase them up, they will put your query to the back of the que and do it all over again, a member of their staff confirmed this.

Purchased an Egg Stroller on 25/11/2016 for £699.00 from Mothercare.
July last year the seat would not lock securely into position, the smallest of jolts would cause the seat to swing back into a horizontal position. I reported this to Mothercare who were happy to repair it (via babystyle) as it was within the warranty period. I collected the stroller from mothercare after babystyle had repaired it, to find the fault had not been fixed. I returned the stroller once again and the second repair by babystyle seemed to have stopped the problem but the clip at the top of the seat that operates the recliner seemed much stiffer. After further inspected, I had noticed they had bent the frame causing further problems with the stroller. The recliner is broken again and no longer reclines. The stroller hardly gets used and I'm not at all heavy handed with it. I am absolutely devastated by the service received. The stroller is no longer being used as it isnt safe for my son.

The manager of the West Thurrock store was actually very nice and helpful, although one the young lads was so rude it made things a whole lot worse.
I had been meaning to leave this review a few months ago.
