A panel shrinkage of 10mm and a twist of 25mm are certainly outside acceptable tolerances, and we’d like to investigate this further for you. Please note that we do ask customers to check all items prior to installation, as fitted products are generally deemed accepted under our policy.

Thanks for the feedback. Some genuine keys are out of stock with the manufacturer and are on back order so no timeframe can be confirmed. Apologies that you felt you had to go with the after market key as it was taking too long. The only other option was to pay for the aftermarket key yourself to use as a spare and wait for the genuine key to arrive - please contact us on 0345 303 0550 if you wish to go ahead with this option, however, we are sorry there will be no confirmed timeframe again until these keys come back into stock and this is beyond our control.
