AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

I ordered an overcoat which took almost three weeks to arrive. When it did finally arrive, it was poor quality and too small. I contacted them about returning the item and this is when the fun started! Wouldn’t supply any return details but tried negotiating a 30% refund if I kept the item. Why would I want to keep the item! I again requested return details and a full refund and was offered a replacement. Why would I want a replacement! This company is not in the Netherlands but China. The returns are to be sent to China so they are clearly not set up to be retailing to the UKand Europe. Needless to say, avoid like the plague.

Disgusting

Disgusting! Booked the Ivy Hotel in Skegness for a two night stay on 04/09/2025 and left straight away after seeing the room. Absolutely appalling. Has to be the worst excuse of a hotel I've ever experienced. Photos online are nothing like the actual rooms. The place is filthy. No facilities and no staff on site after 8pm. I’ve since sent repeated emails to their escalations email with supporting photos but not had a single reply. Appalling company. **Update to review** In reply to OYO’s response my booking ID was PZAD1306. How am I supposed to contact you when you don’t provide any contact details! **2nd Update to review (02/10/25)** Absolute bullshit from OYO Hotels. I sent them my details and no response. They only replied for the sake of a negative review on TrustPilot. I’ve emailed again on five further occasions. Absolute scumbags. This company is criminal.

Customer service is non existant

Customer service is non existant. Bought a jacket which I then needed to return due to size. I had a query over the return and tried to contact them. The live chat doesn’t work, I sent 5 emails of which none were replied to and couldn’t get through on the phone number provided. The refund on the return then took almost two weeks.

Disappointed with frames

Great prints at a good price but I was very disappointed with the frames. I bought a set of two framed prints but when they arrived the prints were separate to the frames, so you had to do it yourself! The frames are just cheap wood clip frames…not what I was expecting at £32 for each frame and not very good quality. Buy the prints and frame them yourself.

*** DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY ***. There seems to be a mixed bag of reviews on this company but my strong advise would be to avoid at all costs. I purchased two dog coats, different sizes, so to see which one fitted the best. It’s my fault that I didn’t check where the company was based although I did check the returns policy. Clearly, they are based in China or somewhere. Firstly, it took over two weeks for the order to arrive and this was with chasing emails to their customer services to ask where the order was. So, at least the goods arrived. Neither coat fitted so I contacted them again about returning the items. This is when I REALLY started having problems. They would not at anytime answer my question about how to return the items. They first offered a 50% refund and I could keep the items. They then offered a 100% refund if I kept the items but all refunds are given in the form of a credit voucher on future purchases. They apparently don’t offer a full refund to the method of payment but this isn’t stated in their Returns Policy.

Online, mail and telephone order customers have the right to cancel their order for a limited time even if the goods are not faulty. Sales of this kind are known as ‘distance selling’.

You must offer a refund to customers if they’ve told you within 14 days of receiving their goods that they want to cancel. They have another 14 days to return the goods once they’ve told you.

You must refund the customer within 14 days of receiving the goods back. They do not have to provide a reason.

I’m still chasing them!

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service! Bought a double bed which came with a mattress and headboard for a spare bedroom which will probably only get used a few times a year by visiting family. Wasn’t sure what it was going to be like as the price was fairly cheap but I was pleasantly surprised. Decent enough quality bed as was the mattress. Excellent customer service leading up to the delivery date and also from the delivery guy who put the bed together and took away all the packaging, which I wasn’t expecting. Nice follow up call afterwards from Maryam. Would highly recommend.

Best buying experience I’ve ever had

Best buying experience I’ve ever had! I was slightly unsure about buying a car online without seeing it first but there was nothing to worry about as the 14 day return is big plus. Website is really easy to use and made the purchase simple. Communication and information sent from Cinch was excellent and they keep you updated at every step. Delivery was excellent. Highly recommend and wouldn’t think of buying a car any other way now. The car is fantastic. Very happy.

Terrible returns process

I love CP Company but make sure you don’t have to return anything if ordering direct from the CP Company website. Everything is shipped from Italy and the same for returns. Their returns policy is complicated and unclear. I bought a jacket and returned it as instructed through DHL and it’s now been stopped at UK customs. CP are saying it’s not their problem!

Love it! Changed from Virgin Media after my 18 month contract ended to Sky Stream and broadband. Perfect picture and sound, no lagging or delays. Great functions and choice of apps. Can’t fault anything and great customer service.

Worst customer service ever!

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced… which is saying something. I took out an initial 18 month contract for the ‘Big Bundle’ and trying to resolve issues during that time with their overseas call centre is almost impossible. My contract is due to end next month so contacted them today to cancel. After 1 1/2 hours on the phone and speaking to 4 different departments (having to go through security questions each time), I was finally able to cancel the contract. Appalling!

DO NOT USE!!! I made the mistake of ordering a dog towel robe from this company/seller before reading the Trust Pilot reviews. It’s now been over a month and still not received the item. I’ve emailed them on several occasions without satisfaction. Shipped from US from Chinese company. Lesson learnt. Beginning to think this is a scam.
