I’ve had my car less than 90 days and the breaks started screeching in this time. Contacted cinch who were initially great saying they would get that sorted. Since then, cinch have said that the scortched breaks (on a car that’s only done 10k) miles is normal wear and tear and they won’t sort. I argued under consumer rights that the breaks must have been faulty ahead of sale. The person on the phone to me tried to avoid me making a formal complaint that they refused to do the work on the car and then said she was 99.7% sure if it went to complaints it wouldn’t go anywhere, then when she did agree to take it as a complaint she advised she would be the complaint manager! Absolutely livid for being messed around and being without my car will be trying to seek support from citizen’s advice under consumer rights.
car was delivered carpets covered in mold under the driver and passenger front seat covered in mold and stained with the mold and water in the boot spare wheel area and someone tried to hide the smell of the mold with aftershave or a deodorant

Very easy from purchasing the car to receiving it on the day I selected. Zaab who delivered the car was extremely informative and happy to answer any questions. I have had a minor issue with the car and this has been addressed by Cinch customer services very promptly.

We have just bought for the first time using Cinch. Staff were very polite, knowledgeable and clear to understand. Payment across 3 cards was no problem. We received the car and there were some faults that occurred in the first week of ownership. They got us booked in to the local main dealer, and a substantial amount of work was done and all covered by Cinch. I have read many stories about dealerships not honouring warranties etc, but Cinch have never questioned any of the work that needed doing and approved it the same day. I would recommend them to anyone who doesn't mind paying a bit over private prices, as you get a lot more peace of mind knowing you've got 90 day warranty
