A great disappointment
My seller, Paula Watson, from Saddler leather goods just did not communicate very well. First the item I purchased went all the way up to the north of England when I live in London! I constantly had to message her regarding a return, and she said once I returned the item she would refund me. However the item arrived 3 days ago and she now says her 'distributor' only deals with refunds on Friday which she did not say previously. Also the product I received was listed as purple. However it was not purple! It was a very dark dismal colour, when I queried it with her she said it was ultriviolet! which it does NOT say in the description.
Also when you give feedback which Etsy ask for it stipulates that it will not be shared with seller and does not affect their shop in any way! What is the point then? Sorry I do like the idea of Etsy but you cannot beat Amazon for good service!
