My seller, Paula Watson, from Saddler leather goods just did not communicate very well. First the item I purchased went all the way up to the north of England when I live in London! I constantly had to message her regarding a return, and she said once I returned the item she would refund me. However the item arrived 3 days ago and she now says her 'distributor' only deals with refunds on Friday which she did not say previously. Also the product I received was listed as purple. However it was not purple! It was a very dark dismal colour, when I queried it with her she said it was ultriviolet! which it does NOT say in the description.
Also when you give feedback which Etsy ask for it stipulates that it will not be shared with seller and does not affect their shop in any way! What is the point then? Sorry I do like the idea of Etsy but you cannot beat Amazon for good service!

This is an efficient company who always tell you near the time of your next delivery so you can change it if necessary. Their website is easy to manage and clear. They also communicate well by email, almost immediately. And of course the food is brilliant quality which is the most important thing really! So glad I have found them.

I have found Octopus Energy to be very helpful and their website is extremely easy to negotiate, was a bit worried about changing Tariffs but they contacted me and gave me a thorough explanation of what I could do which was very helpful. I just like them!! they also gave me a contact email so I can just contact them that way in the future should I need to. Great service.

The shop assistant was very pleasant and knowledgeable, we had a long conversation about knives! (which I was buying). She was thorough and the purchase was all done up very nicely in tissue paper.

It was a simple process, everyone told me anything I wanted to know. I do recommend this as you get money for old stuff you never use!

The website is very good for seeing every aspect of the car including any minor damages, also Cinch keep you very much in the picture as to what is happening and what is going to happen. You also get 3 day's free insurance which is handy. Plus when the guy brings the car he sits inside with you for as long as you like going over everything about the car.

It was a painless experience. I felt pleased the woman came a long way for my toaster. I was pleased to donate it to her for free. One step towards getting into Heaven!!

My leggings are great, nearly totally cotton, which allows the body to breathe not like lycra and nylon. Also a very quick delivery and as they were a bit tight for me they were exchanged instantly with no extra postage to pay.
