I bought clothes from Icon Amsterdam with order #803144 and initiated the return through their portal, using the provided Poste Italiane label. The package was returned to my home via DHL without reaching them and with no explanation.
I sent multiple follow-up emails asking for instructions to proceed with the refund, but received no further responses. Result: I paid for the products, have no refund, and had to open a transaction dispute through the Visa circuit.
Non-existent customer service for returns: I strongly advise against this store.

Review of Fincut Men
I bought some t-shirts, returned them (at my own expense, even though they were supposed to send me a prepaid label), and now I have not been refunded for the purchase and they are not responding to my emails.
UPDATE: There had been a misunderstanding about the email I used to request support and a refund. Fincut has now quickly refunded my entire order and sent a free t-shirt to compensate for the return shipping costs I had personally incurred.

I have been a Plutus customer for many years. I was a GOAT and had 8% cashback and now after the Whitepaper review I have 4%. I didn't expect that 8% would be sustainable forever and all in all I'm still very happy, however they removed from the reward system the post office and other merchants necessary to pay bills and taxes and over time it has become clear to me that "too expensive" payments are often disapproved of and rejected by the reward system, without explanation.This is not correct from my point of view, because if there is evidence of the legitimacy of the payments they should not make any fuss, but this is not the case. Pros and cons for Plutus, but it is definitely the best platform with such rewards at the moment.I recommend it and for now I remain a trusted and loyal customer.
