Lots of choice, the new veggie version is a firm favourite with my hairy family. Communication before delivery is outstanding, even up to 2 or 3 days before delivery, you can change your order, bring forward or push back the delivery date. Service is 5*, food is well packed, arrives in good condition and can be stored in the freezer, and can sit to defrost in the fridge upto 5 days, i believe. All the flavours ive ordered, go down well by my hairy family. Would recomend this food, try it, they will like it.

I didnt wait long for my delivery, it was well packed, in its big box, so it didnt move around and the box survived the delivery process.

Goods all arived ok but the outer box took a knock, bottem had a rip in it, but nothing missing

Been with tescos for years, their phone and sim prices are good, their app is easy to use, you can keep an eye on your data use by opening the app, i get clubcard points monthly and they are under O² umberella, whats not to like

Great selection of sweets, biscuits, cakes and choclate. Many items about half price or 2 for a pound, large bags of twirl pieces and jaffa cakes being some of my favourites

Havinĝ renewed my housè and çontents, with this company, its something you need and hopefully dont use, but having had no problems or concerns, i thought id stay with the same company. I had no reason to change.

Waited for me to get to the door, have mobility issue, polite, friendly delivery driver. I live in a narrow country road, he parked, to deliver my order, leaving enough room for other cars to get past

Sadly, didnt ring the bell or knock the door to alert us or my dogs the delivery was made.
Reason fot low star rating, my parcel was full of frozen dog food and was left on door step in full sunshine, 32° today. Top 2 layers, unfrozen so put in tje fridge to use first

App easy to use, iten ordered and delivered with days, packaged well, undamaged and one piece , yet to see if it fits, will do so at the weekend.

Young engineer was polite and friendly. He explained he had 'found' our problem. Our line was faulty, however he listened to 'our side of the story' which was bad Internet connection, which was worse in bad weather. He was surprised to hear Sky were blaming us for 'over use' of the box and were insisting we buy an upgraded package. He politely pointed out the 'new package' would work no better as its the line that's the problem. He explained everything he did, how the system was being slowly replaced and what we had would work well until then.

Ordered various chicken items off menu, didnt have to wait long for it to be cooked to order.
10 min drive home. Food still warm enough to eat and enjoy.
Reading reviews, our experience was way better than most.

We were introduced to Butternutbox when our 'Grand-dog' Otis came to stay while our son and family went on holiday. Every morning when getting their 'breakfast' ready, All our dog became 'hyper' alert when a new pack was opened. They did smell and look attractive, so i shared 1 pack with everyone and nobody looked up from their bowl till it was all gone.
We ordered a box and every day is like the first day of trying the food, even my fussy eater Autumn doesnt drop her food on the floor now. She just eats it. They have lots of flavours to choose from, we picked 5 from the list and use 1 a day between the 4 of them, the way its cooked and prepared makes it easy to cut in portion sizes and also easy to mash and mix in with the biscuit we feed our dogs so the biscuit tastes of the meat flavour of the day.
Its in convenient flat packs which make storing in the freezer ideal. It arrives well packed in compostable packaging to keep it cold, and boxed to keep frozen in transit, emails keep you informed of delivery date and time slot, that ha always been accurate. You can store them in the fridge upto 5 days, but i get one out every day and let it defrost overnight to use the next day.
Using the app is easy, you can add info about your dog or dogs, alter your monthly delivery upto 2 or 3 days before its due and also change the delivery date to suit you.
If my dogs could talk, they would all tell you eating different flavours every day is just great. Of all the flavours weve tried there is never anything left for later. Clean bowls all round.
Having it delivered to suit your needs is first class and i dont have to struggle round a supermarket buying huge amounts of tins and dont have to store indoors, so it saves space too.

Email allowed me to know when to be arround and look out for the driver, he turned up, around the early part of the 2hour slot. Parked so he didnt block our road and although quite wet, it had rained hard all day, he still greeted me politely, handed over my parcel, took a snap shot and said goodbye. Ive come to expect nothing but good service with this driver/ delivery man. Thankyou

The lower price to introduce ours dogs to the food, was a nice touch, the variety of flavours and combination of vegetables in each pouch goes down well with every dog in our household. Filling out a short questionaire about each dog, their age,type of dog, ability, how the play, what makes them tick enabled Butternut to indivdualise the ideal portion size etc. This is optional, whether you take that advice, its left to you, and what you want is also your choice too, you can swap delivery dates around to a time that convenient to you so you dont need to worry about frozen foods being left out, till you get home. The meals are well packed to keep then frozen in delivery and can sit in the fridge to defrost ready to eat over the next few days each pouch is flat packed so it can be stored easily in the freezer.
Being able to swap items around upto about 4 or 5 days before delivery is good.
